I am utterly disgusted by my experience at the New Great Wall Chinese Restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt off, but I was willing to give it a shot. That was a mistake.
The most egregious issue was the blatant disregard for hygiene. I watched in horror as a cook counted a stack of cash – at least 50 bills – and then, without washing his hands, proceeded to handle raw meat for my order. This is not only unsanitary but a serious health hazard. The thought of what bacteria and germs were transferred to my food is nauseating.
Adding insult to injury, the employee I spoke with about my concerns was incredibly rude and dismissive. They offered no apology and seemed completely unconcerned about the potential health risks. The combination of unsanitary practices and rude service makes this restaurant a place to avoid at all costs. I will not be returning and advise others to steer clear.

These people are disgusting and rude. I ordered pork fried rice with scallion and chicken wings. When I got there the rice had no scallions so I said I asked for scallions he took some out and threw it on top, then I bit in to the chicken wings and they were raw so I showed him and he took my bit up chicken and put it back in the fryer very unsanitary. I would never buy from there again and I suggest if you all don’t want to eat other people’s germs don’t eat from here. I left the food and they didn’t give me back my money. Nasty.

I ordered the Chinese soup which was good but the crispy topping that comes with it was stale. I also had the scallion pancake which was nothing like traditional or even the pictures nor did it come with a ponzu sauce. And I had the vegetable spring roll, it was extremely greasy and cold on the inside; so gross I only ate 1 of 2. All I gotta say is, I was just in the bathroom 3x back to back + my stomach hurts.

The food is good it’s my go to for general chicken white rice and pork fried rice with chicken wings . Wish they gave more sauce but you just have to ask for it . Could possibly have communication issues if you’re being complicated with your order lol I always call to order , better than online long delivery time

i had a ridonkulous experience. I got shrimp fried rice w/broccoli and only got 4 shrimp. The broccoli was yummy and the customer service was fair but I’m disappointed seeing how this is my first meal of the day and I only got 4 shrimp ? I’ll think about this all day now.. the utter madness of it all. I also found a hair in the rice. i guess you should proceed with caution if you order from here goodluck everyone.??♀️Update... the shrimp were spoiled. Don’t order from here.
