The delivery driver who is from the store, not a GrubHub driver, stepped into my home demanding a tip.Due to a language barrier, I couldn’t communicate that I add the tip after an order is delivered. He kept pointing at the receipt to the $0 tip and stepped into my home and kept the door open with his foot. He left angry after I asked if he worked at the restaurant so I could call them on the phone and have them explain to him.

Severe decline in quality. Take-out order that we phoned in and picked up. Barbecue spare ribs very dry. Wontons heavy and thick (the noodle shell) in broth that lacks flavor. Elements of our order were screwed up. Ordered a pint of one dish, got charged for and was served a larger amount. Ordered House special chow mai fun. Got roast pork chow mai fun. The mustard in the cellophane packets is so hot that it ruins the flavor of anything that you put it on. All in all, VERY disappointing! The people behind the counter do their work mechanically, like they could care less. Grim expressions on their faces. No interaction with clients.

The lady on the counter she's very rude and disrespectful ,if you can't tips a day to delivery guy he's very rude slammed the door and cursing in China language

The food sucks if you order soup you'll notice that it smells it's old and the oil they use in it is old that's why it's dark when they make your soups if you get it dark you know it's no good it's old and when I open the container it stinks their food is no good my wife and I just threw away the food I ordered several things but this chicken noodle soup they have it's nasty real nasty that's one way somebody might get food poisoning from them for selling old food

You are better off ordering on seamless than directly through phone, the delivery person is very rude they snap at you he DEMANDS a tip, and it can't be a 1-dollar tip. He also wants you to respond to him right away, it was raining today, and he wanted to leave right away snapping at me and yelling at me saying open door faster in an annoyed tone calling me four times in the span of 2 minutes if you don't want to work in those conditions why be a delivery person. He shouldn't be working he's very unprofessional. And I know what I'm talking about I've ordered here countless times. The delivery guy honestly makes me mad and it's hard not to yell or fight him. The food too is overpriced.

Food was horrible we just bought Broccoli and chicken with with rice the soy sauce tastes bad like it’s not even soy and they mix with it with water. My friend got pork fry rice with bbq ribs and there’s no pork and the ribs have that same nasty taste it lingers in your mouth

Good food. It is fast. Employee at the counter can be curt but I never had an incorrect order or bad food. And delivery has been fast as well
