I watched the woman touching the fried noodles with her bare hands and thought yuck, thank goodness I never eat those. Got home and there was hair in my broccol with garlic sauce. They don’t follow food protection standards and I don’t need any further warning signs. My neighbor got food poisoning from this place, now I know why.

Great place to grab a bite to eat in or take out. My mom recently moved to the neighborhood and we’ve ordered from New Nice China Town a couple of times. The food is freshly made. The staff are really nice. They accept credit cards. The tables are always clean so you can enjoy your meal there.

10 years customer out of nowhere on call when I’m ordering food the tone switched the lady flipped on me when I was trying to order.

I ordered takeout and got garlic eggplant, sesame chicken, and beef chow fun. The garlic eggplant was pretty good, but the rest of the food was very plain. The chicken really needed more sauce and spices—it just lacked flavor. I’ve had a lot of Chinese food around NYC, and these are basic dishes, but I expected a bit more effort in taste.
Also, the service was a bit off. The lady at the counter seemed a little rude, and there was confusion about whether I had paid—even though I already did. Not the worst place, but for the price, there are definitely better options

Quality use to be good until my fiancé and I encountered this last night. Just got off of work and ordered Chinese food. We ordered an Wonton Egg Drop Soup, an Egg Roll, Crab Rangoon and Sesame Chicken with pork fried rice. Everything was there and seemed in order. Cool. Came home to eat, next thing you know, my fiancé finds mold in her dumpling soup. Called them to report it, told me I can get my money back. Cool. Came back to restaurant and they gave me my money, however, when I showed them the evidence, they argued saying that it was scallion in the dumpling. Anybody in their right mind would see that it’s mold and not a scallion in it. Confirmed it with 5 other people and they all agreed it was mold. Needless to say, to lie to your customers, is a next level of disrespect. Highly doubt I’ll be coming back here again.
EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! I’m writing this from bed underneath a heating blanket sick as a dog while NYC is currently in 90 Degree weather outside, why? Because of FOOD POISONING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I never order nothing too complicated from places like this, all I had was wings and fries that I’ve purchased Monday 7/25/25 and today I’ve finally gain enough strength to inform someone who’s smart enough to read reviews to save someone from an experience I’m currently Enduring STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE THE FOOD IS MEH AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS THE LADIES IN THE FRONT TREAT YOU WITH A “ HURRY UP AND BUY” type energy but hey don’t take me word for it

What a disappointment. Only ordered because of such great reviews. Sesame chicken with vegetable lo mein 17.40 The broccoli has such a foul smell it has gone also on the noodles . The chicken smells and tastes like FISH and garlic ???! Did I get a bad batch or something who knows I will keep my local place I always order from.
