This is a nice restaurant. Management and staff know their customers well and care, often by name. This is a restaurant geared towards the American pallet, although I have no doubt they'd have the skills to produce something more authentic. Much nicer and a bit pricier than the usual takeout type of place, but we'll worth it to us. They've expertly configured the menu so that the food comes out quickly, with generous portions and is hot and tasty.

1st time disappointed experience. Our paid “chow mein” became an incorrect “chow fun” delivered. “Mein” means noodles. Scallion pancakes were really hard, thick, and chewy. Mei fun was fine. But we can’t order again.

I have been taking out from Ruans for years and it has always been good but this evening I had a horrible experience. I picked up some food and, perhaps because it was Mother's Day, it was inedible. The eggroll was greasy, the Moo Sho pork was tasteless, the pork fried rice tasted like the fridge and worst of all, General Tso's was so so bad that my dog wouldn't eat it. We tossed it and ordered pizza. So disappointed.

The food was awful. Ordered some appetizers. Then we ordered Kung Pao chicken 13.95 lunch special and Squid with hot pepper sauce 23.95 Both dishes came to the table full of broccoli stems. In all my years ordering Kung Pao from various restaurants I never had any broccoli in this dish. The Squid dish had all broccoli stems and only 3 small pieces of squid. They don't even give you any broccoli florets. They give you the hardest, tasteless part of the broccoli just to fill up the dish. White rice had a dirty taste. The fried rice had no taste and was greasy. Too many good chinese restaurants to settle for this one.

The worst customer service I've seen in a while, plus any complaint, is taken as disrespectful manners towards the mean service given.

Food is phenomenal and as well as the service very tentative towards customers with the game playing on the flat-screens enough said highly
