I have ordered from here several times. I wanted to do so again today, i didnt because they could not honor the simplest request, replacement of a side dish i am allergic to. I cant stand restaurants that offer zero flexibility on food allergies. Good luck in getting a human on the phone, once you do, you are met with utterly strict and unbinding person. never will order from them again.

We ordered from Lime salt. The food arrived freezing like it was in a fridge - every single item. The food was mediocre. The customer service is a solid 2/10. They basically told me it’s not their fault that the food arrived cold and gave a $10 credit that expires in a month. They also closed the survey immediately so that I can’t write a review on their site. The survey is supposed to stay open for 72 hours and it has been exactly 23 minutes. Horrible experience. I’ll stick to seamless if I need to order in.

Bobby van filet mignon was very tasty but came bearly cooked. Came w pearl onions
Ribs were very good as was the corn bread and carrot soufflé, didn’t care for the pinto beans
Detroit pizza was very tasty but too thick and doughy
Overall very good
Web site took a while to figure out. You can’t order from certain restaurants on the same order
