Firestone visiting anew town caffe. Very unique hidden gem on Waterbury Brooklyn walked in and was greeted by Julia with her beaming smile. Coffee was hot as I like and labine cake was delicious.

I ordered the falafel pita and a side of baba ghanoush. Personally I didn't love the falafel. Their falafel is baked instead of fried, so that could be part of why it didn't meet my expectations for traditional falafel. However this could be pro for those who want a lower oil option!

Love this place and would hands down ALWAYS order the seitan pita to go whenever in the neighbourhood. Lovely staff, great quality ingredients clean place to sit too. The pickles are sooo good.
