A wonderful place to dine. Lovely people and amazing flavors. Would recommend to anyone. The fresh sauces compliment each dish so well.

I was expecting a great restaurant based on the reviews but I was disappointed by the taste which I found very bland (chicken and spring rolls, very far from the Vietnamese tastes that I know). The service was friendly and so was the atmosphere.

The best part of this place is the atmosphere, love all the plants and Vietnamese chachtskis they have laying around. The food comes quick, good portion and they have a ton of unique sauces to pair. The service is usually a trademark bushwick transplant with just a enough tude to get you thru the check out and on to your meal.

Really cool restaurant all around. As a child of traditional viet parents who only cooked traditional food growing up, I feel like Nha Minh’s dishes emulate not mom’s traditional home cooking but rather, her kids’ take on those dishes. Kids that grew up in cultural limbo but with diverse informed palates. The heart of the dishes are there, and everything will be familiar to anyone who frequents viet restaurant but the additive details like homemade sauces (the pineapple shrimp!!) and pickled chilis complements as well as enhances already great food. Makes my first gen tummy full and happy.TLDR; eat here.

I got a lot of recommendations from friends about this spot. I learned from the cashier that this is Nhà Mình’s third spot after being financially push out of other neighborhoods. I was focused on getting a banh mi and felt like I needed to seize on the catch of the day option which was catfish on my visit. The fish was super tender and pretty much melted in my mouth. Nonetheless, I mixed up a variety of sauces to pour over my sandwich. Left with a t-shirt to preserve the moment.Vegetarian options: There’s soy protein banh-mi options

Great vegan options. The homemade sauces were so delicious. The sandwiches were great but they were out of seitan so I didn’t get to try that one. Definitely need the sauces so get extra if you get your food to good. Without the sauces, a little bland, not bad but with the sauces so extra good!

The atmosphere at this place was delightful, featuring good music, cleanliness, and an inviting, homey feel reminiscent of mama's kitchen. Notably, their commitment to providing vegan options beyond just pho added to the positive experience. The vegan pho, though different from my usual, pleasantly surprised me with its tastiness.I also tried the vegan tempeh bùn, which showcased an excellent combination of fermented cabbage and tempeh. As a botanist, the abundance of plants enhanced the overall ambiance. While I didn't order it, the inclusion of yerba mate tea on the menu highlighted their consideration for diverse tastes. The vegan spring rolls, with a distinct Indian samosa vibe, felt like they could benefit from a sauce, but the self-serve options, including vegan hoisin sauce, ginger vinaigrette, and pineapple, were all delicious.Despite knowing the carried Sriracha brand wasn't vegan, they provided other hot options for spice enthusiasts. The wealth of plant-based choices made the dining experience enjoyable for both my girlfriend and me, especially since we visited after a flight and found it pleasantly uncrowded. I highly recommend trying this place for its homely kitchen vibe and great food – they undoubtedly infuse love into their dishes.Parking: Parking on the side streets or in paid lot.

Not sure why I thought it'd be a good idea to get Vietnamese in Ridgewood. Service was slow and everything was incredibly dry. Quite possibly one of the worst banh mis I've ever had. The Berkshire pork in the banh mi and the banh xeo was overcooked and charred, the butter chicken in the rice bowl was tough, and the meat filling in the fried spring rolls was dry. I thought it was interesting that they have a lot of housemade sauces, but it's bc all the food needs as much help as possible.

Really wanted to like this place after making the trek out there. Got the butter chicken bowl, pork banh mi, and banh xeo. The house sauces (made fresh daily) were tasty, but everything else was quite bland. Dry pork sausage, underseasoned chicken - all needed to be doused in sauce to eat EDIT: gotta love when a business needs to accuse you of having covid instead of reflecting on at least 5+ reviews about their dry and flavorless food. Such class!

Walked in and the woman working the front did not greet or hand me a menu. I was so excited to try their food but I guess not.

Soup had no flavor, there was no soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, jalapeños, limes, nor herbs like Thai basil to add to our own soup. I couldn’t see the menu beforehand online because the website didn’t load properly. The place was beautifully decorated and had plenty of seating options. The crowd is loud and it gave my companions a headache. Idk if I’ll give it a second chance but it’s not for me personally. :/

Fred's the best, known him since the Nha Toi days. Sorry there's still lots of idiot losers who don't know how food service works. ¯\_( ˘͡ ˘̯)_/¯

So happy I went! Chicken Pho was hearty and the portion was generous! Flavor was delicious. I ordered for pick up, however the atmosphere of the restaurant is filled with art and plants and the vibes are perfect for a nice lunch with a friend or an evening with your partner.
