Not enough stars for Nick & Sons! Everything they make is incredible, I especially love the zaatar and chocolate croissants and cardamom bun. I know how difficult it is to keep things consistent due to humidity, proof time etc but compared to a lot of the bakeries in the area they do a really good job at not over/under baking. There could be a line most days but it goes fast and everyone’s super nice and friendly

As we were waking by today we decided to step inside. Was this the biggest mistake ever! From their delicious flakey soft buttery chocolate croissant to their artistic rosemary olive bread. I felt like I was in Paris. Love love love, my favorite bakery to go to when there.

There’s a bit of a pizza-like after taste or essence to it which does alter the overall effect. If you’re looking for a pure butter flavor, you might not be a fan.
Their more bread-oriented fare are good :)
