10/10 good and service.

The food was bland. This was my second trip. And both times it was underwhelming. I ordered the crab legs that was advertised w/ potatoes & corn. The gave me two clusters of crab legs, pale as ever. The seasoning was dumped into a small cup of butter instead of on the crab legs in a bag like you’d get just about anywhere else. They gave me ONE big corn & ONE big potato also unseasoned. I was throughly confused. The drinks were 10/10 though. Service was good as well.

This is my place to go..Period. The food is fresh and tasty. The drinks are great and the atmosphere makes it feel at home. The service is immaculate and everyone is so friendly.

We visited this restaurant to celebrate Mother’s Day with three moms in our group. While we had a reservation, we still had to wait 15 minutes for our table. Our host politely asked the hostess if our request for a window table had been noted. Before she could respond, a man abruptly cut in, stating that window tables weren’t guaranteed. While we understood and acknowledged this, his tone was unnecessarily rude and off-putting. At first, we assumed he was a manager given how he spoke, but we later found out he was our server—Ricardo.

Unfortunately, Ricardo's attitude set the tone for the rest of our experience. Every interaction with him felt rushed and unpleasant. He was short, dismissive, and frankly, unprofessional. Each person at our table noticed his hostility. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I understand the pressures of the job—especially on a busy holiday—but if someone is in such a bad mood, perhaps it’s better to step away than to take it out on guests.

After our appetizers, no one came by to clear the dishes. When the main course was brought out, the runner had to pause and clean the table themselves. It felt disorganized and inattentive.

The food itself was good, but certainly not exceptional enough to justify the high prices—especially paired with poor service. What made it worse was the mandatory 18% gratuity for poor service. While other staff members were courteous and professional, Ricardo’s behavior left a sour impression. On any other occasion, we would’ve left after the initial encounter, but being Mother’s Day, finding another table for a large group wasn’t realistic.

If you’re considering this restaurant, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. The food doesn’t make up for the lack of hospitality.

Worst service ever.
They informed us that there was an half hour wait. We got here then it was said an hour wait. It's been 3 hours waiting with the additional 10 minutes and you are next.
It just not worth it. This place needs a better management so as to respected their customers time. Finally seated and we come to see that there are many tables available. Awful if you want to come to this place u will need s reservation and even so you will have to wait. Do not come here on special occasion. The waitress was outstanding.

Very elegant with nice lively but with a proper and civilized vibe. This also accommodated with the Devine and delectable meals, with quick delivery's and pleasant customer service. With all these qualities I will have to deliver a crisp review of 5 out of 5 stars

We had a wonderful time. There were 10 in our party. We decided to have Mother’s
Day dinner on Saturday to skip the Mother’s Day dining frenzy. 1/2 the party was running over an hour late. The hostess, Natori was so accommodating. She pushed our reservation back an hour and when the whole party arrived she sat us right away. We had great service and all of the staff was very nice.

Nicks lobster was quality dining experience.
They offer a parking lot, and waterfront views (the highlight of the experience). They have a full seafood menu with many of the classics such as salmon, lobster, crab, branzino, and more!!

Service was slow, but our waiter mentioned that they were short staffed. They were friendly overall.

I would definitely dine there again.
