This place has great views (if you can get a table by the window) but little more. It's poorly run and the food is disappointing. We came at around 7 pm on a Friday evening; the place was maybe half full. It took 10 minutes for a server to show up at our table. We asked for water, which never arrived. We got the Connecticut-style lobster roll, which had tiny chunks of lobster and was very bland. It may have cost 2/3 of what other lobster rolls are around town, but it was not even worth the $26. The french fries were pretty good. I asked for Old Bay seasoning for the lobster roll, and although our pleasant and friendly server said she'd take care of it, that never showed up either. We were hoping to find an out-of-the-way gem, but it's clear they're coasting on the Mill Basin views.

perfect seafood restaurant. menu is limited to what they do best and you get exactly what you went for. freshest seafood done that you enjoy the seafood. Simple is absolutely the best with lobster, snow crab. excellent family friendly environment. Ample on site parking. right on the water. Always on the mark!

The entire experience was absolutely wonderful!!! Amazing staff! Beautiful decor! Our server Markade was phenomenal! His entree recommendation was truly superb! He is kind, responsive, so professional. You have a true asset in him. Of course the food was outstanding!!! We are already making plans about when and how often we will be returning once weather gets warm. Looking forward to sitting outside. FYI, we plan to request Markade EVERY time we come. ???

This restaurant is one of my favorite places. Perfect for a date night and also perfect for a group dinner. Great waterfront views. Also has ample gluten free options. I don't think 5 stars is enough for the quality of the food and the customer service they provide. Simply put.. great food.. great service.. great staff.

However, the service was slow; there was a lot of waiting, first for the appetizers, then for the entrees, the check and again for the credit card back from the server. The restaurant was busy and they might have been short staffed, hence the long waits. I had the lobster bisque, which was just ok, and the Connecticut lobster roll, which was terrible. The meat was hard to chew and just not appetizing. Someone at the table had the branzino, which they reportedly enjoyed, though I found it a bit bland, and someone else had the lobster tail, which they reportedly enjoyed.
