They do have good items but sometimes it's understaffed and very slow. I've had to wait 5 minutes for a nieve in the sun. The prices are also very expensive or start feeling high for the amount you get
The snows, the mangonadas and the chamoyadas are very delicious, in Brooklyn the girls are very slow and at times it seems that no one knows anything, other than all the excellent products.
Very good customer service and the nieves (Italian style Ices)are super good. A good place for the family. I do recommend this place.
