Good tip for no wait order on the phone and come pick it up....

I changed my review to a 1 star since I asked multiple times over the past 2 months to remove the RIP OF PLATFORM FEE FROM THEIR WEBSITE and they would just laugh at me and make me wait minamum 10-15 minutes for my order due to not ordering online !!!

The food is amazing but the service is horrible. I’m waiting an hour and still didn’t get my order. I live 5 minutes away from the place. I called after 35 minutes and was told I’ll get it in 5 minutes. 15 minutes passed, still didn’t get it. I called and I got such nasty attitude and was told that I called 3 times and it’s on the way. I’m still waiting. I don’t know when it’s gonna arrive

The owner should check his employees, the kitchen workers, those who prepare the food, get angry with the man who greets the customers and takes the orders, the language of shut up and do not bother, and the poor man takes it out on the customers by speaking to them in a bad way, sometimes I have run into the guy and he is a good person when there are not many deliveries due to orders, that happens at night
