It has the best (takeout) sourdough pizza in the neighborhood, we love it. Quality of the ingredients is very high.

The kid behind the counter was so rude, I literally threw my pizza slice at him. I’m not proud of it or excuse and it usually takes a lot to get me upset but this kids snotty behavior took the cake.
From the moment I walked in, every polite or reasonable question I asked was met with either condescending indifference, rudeness, or snippy remarks. When I asked my final question—requesting a knife and fork because he had already turned me down for hand sanitizer and told me there was no bathroom to wash my hands—I simply confronted him about his attitude. His response? “That’s not my problem. That’s your problem.”
I swear to God, I almost lost my mind and threw my slice.
It’s beyond me why people in a neighborhood like Park Slope are willing to put up with and even reward this kind of behavior with 4.5-star ratings. But that’s on them, not me. I will certainly never enter this establishment again—or any of their other locations, for that matter. It’s a disgrace. In a city with so much choice and so many high-quality options, they think they can run a business while treating customers this way? Based on previous reviews, I know I’m not alone.

Norm is a newish Pizza spot in Park Slope Brooklyn, and a welcome addition to boot.
The retro aesthetic of the pizzeria brings tons of nostalgia for me.
The menu is small but efficient. Pizzas are well balanced with a great crunch to the crust.
I will say I found the garlic knots a bit underwhelming. On the dry side. Willing to give them a 2nd chance when I return.

Great pizza although I'm pissed off because I ordered pepperoni on the left side and it came on the right side. C'mon folks, wassup?

Avoid if you have kids and are relying on this place’s delivery estimate. I got some attitude when I called to inquire. Still no pizza approaching two hours.
Fast, delicious, affordable. Everything you’re looking for in a pizza place.

every time I come in, whether I order ahead or not, I have to wait 20 minutes for a pie. pretty inconvenient, especially on top of how much I'm paying for a pie
Great pizza place and they quickly heated up slices we were ordering in the oven so they could be enjoyed warm. Will definitely be coming back, pizza was delicious.
