I really wanted to love this place, we ordered carne guisada which was pretty good, pernil tasted like old pernil and the flavor was just not pleasing. The dessert was overly sweet and they only had flancocho available. The drinks were not worth it , stick with beer. We really enjoyed the music and atmosphere.
Server Anny was awesome. Very attentive on point. Very knowledgeable on the menu. The food was very filling and done the right way. Great representation of the island I love & the food I was raised by 😉
Norwinds was a blast from the past.. definitely will go back.. Been looking for an Authentic Puerto Food Restaurant and this spot hit the SPOT.. the food was like abuelas!! Grew up in Buswick so it took me back ! Genuinely recommend going to check it out.. also had a DJ..
