It's really disgusting. From the time we opened the store until now, we basically buy it on the same day and eat it the next day. There is no big problem. The last two times, the food was hard on the second day. I bought them at 5 or 6 o'clock yesterday. I ate four of them at 8 o'clock tonight and they were all sour. If they are broken, don't sell them. Get something fresh instead. I’m really pissed off ? Do you think business is too good, or is business bad recently and you can’t sell out all the items?

Poor and rude customer service. The cashier got my order wrong twice and I kept correcting her but she ignored me. Then I had to reorder again and do this whole refund process because she got the order wrong. She was rolling her eyes and giving an unpleasant attitude. When I got my order she made all my rice rolls spicy when I never mentioned spicy. Rice rolls were okay, with minimal fillings with the majority being rice. It could be better. Extremely disappointed and annoyed with the customer service.
