When we arrived at the shop 5–10 minutes before closing, the doors were already locked even though there were employees inside. It was clear they had just locked up. Absolutely delicious bagel. You get to pick out your own bagel from a bin and then they'll toast it, add cream cheese, etc. The bagel was perfect- chewy in the middle, slight crisp on the outside.
The bread tastes great, I come here all the time.However, the last couple of times the regular round and square loaves had giant holes in them. When your machine slices them,they are useless for sandwich making.You might want to checkout the help once in a while to make surethe dough is mixed right, too much yeast or something.Sincerely, Jack M.
