I ordered lunch through Google Direct Order, went to pick up and the restaurant was closed! No one will answer the phone and I don’t have an email contact. I would like my money back.

I usually live this place, but today was a huge exception. We ordered the barbacoa burrito and a carnitas quesadilla. When my girlfriend went to pick yo the order from the store, they informed her that they didn’t have the barbacoa after she had already showed up. On top of that, the carnitas burrito had a huge fatty chunk of pork in it and slices of lemon or orange peel. See photos. Unfortunately I won’t be going back nor will I be recommending. This is sad, because this place was a go-to spot in Bedstuy.

Placed an order thru their website, order never came. Had to call the coffee shop across the street to find out that they are CLOSED. Been calling for 2 days, no one picking up the phone, even tried other locations. Won't be ordering from here again, the food is nowhere near good enough for stuff like this to happen. HOW do you not turn off online ordering on days that the restaurant isn't open?? Seems like this happens frequently... there are a million places to order from, just pick somewhere else.

this place is a joke. Don’t bother ordering from here.Placed a pick up order online with their Bed Stuy location. with plenty of heads up, the order was confirmed and charged to my credit card. When I arrived, the location was clearly closed, there was nobody inside, the gate was still down. I called the number of the location repeatedly, no answer. I reached out over Instagram, as well as email, not even the courtesy of a response.Had to get my credit card company involved since I’m absolutely not paying $$$ for an order of food that I never received.This business is a clown show.

Maybe they are under new management? There has been a change since May 2022. Hours are not as advertised. They accept orders during their posted business hours but when you go to pick up they are closed.I live around the corner and have observed: Windows dirty, lots of trash outside, and outdoor dining falling apart with garbage and broken umbrellas, and SO‼MANY‼RATS‼

Make sure they're open before you place an order online. I recently placed a takeout order during normal business hours but when I went to pick it up they were closed. Was told on the phone the next day that that happens sometimes - they close early if they run out of food, and they don't have a way to shut off the website. They said to expect a refund on 2-3 days but a week later I'm still trying to get that refund.

I don't know what happened here, but this place has deteriorated in the last 5 years. We tried to have lunch, and it seems they completely moved to take out only. Everything was on or in takeout containers and my shrimp taco had frozen shrimps. Seriously, the worst tacos I ever had.

I could have always look forward to good flavor at this place but, after today I'm not coming back. The food was just bland, the rice was not fresh, the lime tasted rancid, and everything is now served in little cardboard boxes instead of containers.

While at a nearby bar, we placed an order for pick up (a burrito and chicken quesadillas and esquite. They forgot the esquite and when we went back in get it, they claimed to not currently have it- even though we were charged and no one mentioned it when we physically picked up the order.The food was simply not good. I hardly ate the quesadilla, no taste and just bad. The burrito was the same, tasted strange. Sorry, but we do not recommend.

My third time ordering from here. The order was correct this time, but the food is just not very good. Very bland pork & steak burritos/ tacos. Chips are flat tasting and overly salty. Guac is like mushed peas & under flavored. Sad to write this but it is what it is. Disappointed.

First off the food was Cold.The Pork was Disgusting. The rice was hard and full of water, so you know what means. It was old and the black beans was hard.It was horrible.Not good food at all.

Ordered delivery. The house-made horchata was delicious and authentic. Birria was absolutely flavorful and wonderful. The meat to tortilla portions in the tacos were very generous and the tacos were delicious. Guacamole leaves a bit to be desired but still tasty.Overall, 8.9. Would definitely recommend!
