Bring back the shrimp taco!! Literally it was one of the best I've gotten in NY. I ordered from here on the regular, but since they've changed the menu (May '22 as others have said) it's gotten rough. Like they never removed the shrimp taco from any of their online ordering platforms, so you could still order it but then they would just toss in a ground beef taco instead and call it a day. As a pescatarian I thought it was a totally gross switch....

I usually live this place, but today was a huge exception. We ordered the barbacoa burrito and a carnitas quesadilla. When my girlfriend went to pick yo the order from the store, they informed her that they didn’t have the barbacoa after she had already showed up. On top of that, the carnitas burrito had a huge fatty chunk of pork in it and slices of lemon or orange peel. See photos. Unfortunately I won’t be going back nor will I be recommending. This is sad, because this place was a go-to spot in Bedstuy.

Placed an order thru their website, order never came. Had to call the coffee shop across the street to find out that they are CLOSED. Been calling for 2 days, no one picking up the phone, even tried other locations. Won't be ordering from here again, the food is nowhere near good enough for stuff like this to happen. HOW do you not turn off online ordering on days that the restaurant isn't open?? Seems like this happens frequently... there are a million places to order from, just pick somewhere else.

this place is a joke. Don’t bother ordering from here.Placed a pick up order online with their Bed Stuy location. with plenty of heads up, the order was confirmed and charged to my credit card. When I arrived, the location was clearly closed, there was nobody inside, the gate was still down. I called the number of the location repeatedly, no answer. I reached out over Instagram, as well as email, not even the courtesy of a response.Had to get my credit card company involved since I’m absolutely not paying $$$ for an order of food that I never received.This business is a clown show.

Maybe they are under new management? There has been a change since May 2022. Hours are not as advertised. They accept orders during their posted business hours but when you go to pick up they are closed.I live around the corner and have observed: Windows dirty, lots of trash outside, and outdoor dining falling apart with garbage and broken umbrellas, and SO‼MANY‼RATS‼

Make sure they're open before you place an order online. I recently placed a takeout order during normal business hours but when I went to pick it up they were closed. Was told on the phone the next day that that happens sometimes - they close early if they run out of food, and they don't have a way to shut off the website. They said to expect a refund on 2-3 days but a week later I'm still trying to get that refund.

Beyond disappointing. After living in the neighborhood for a little over a year my boyfriend and I went for lunch here. The restaurant was empty which should have been our warning. We ordered chips and gaucamole and were told "we're out of chips". When I worked at a restaurant we would run to the store and grab something if we were out. Anyway we ordered chicken mole enchiladas and a Barbacoa burrito. I added a side of guacamole and creama and a a coke. Our order was $31. Kind of expensive for what we got. The woman taking the order really struggled to enter our order in the system . Asking multiple questions. She had zero personality. She brought the order to our table and I saw that the enchiladas didn't have beans or rice on the side which I thought I saw the enchilada came with on the menu but I just ate what I had. The food was ok but as we sat there eating we realized there was no music and the place was very quiet save for the cooks whistling at times. It was almost like they didn't want there to be any atmosphere. As we left I checked the menu and sure enough rice and beans were meant to come with mine. Huge pet peeve of mine when things that are listed as being in a dish aren't included. We will never be back.

I don't know what happened here, but this place has deteriorated in the last 5 years. We tried to have lunch, and it seems they completely moved to take out only. Everything was on or in takeout containers and my shrimp taco had frozen shrimps. Seriously, the worst tacos I ever had.
I ordered from the restaurant during its business hours but when I showed up to pick up, it was closed. Despite a month of phone calls and texts to the manager, never got my refund.

I could have always look forward to good flavor at this place but, after today I'm not coming back. The food was just bland, the rice was not fresh, the lime tasted rancid, and everything is now served in little cardboard boxes instead of containers.

Very unhappy with this establishment. Over the past few months I have been visiting this restaurant and it has been good and consistent. I have watched this restaurant go from an authentic Mexican spot down to a dark depressing dungeon of disastrous diarrhea. I found a piece of wood in my taco today and it gave my tongue a splinter and I was disgusted. I spit it out and threw out my meal. A waste of my top notch American currency I must say. Would not recommend to a starving baby stranded in the middle of the Sahara desert. On top of eating wood , I have the bubble guts and my stomach is absolutely destroyed.
