DO NOT ORDER FROM THE HOYT STREET LOCATION!!!! IT IS OUT OF BUSINESS. RESTAURANT STEALS YOUR MONEY AND MAYBE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. Last month I ordered online from the restaurant website link to the 75 Hoyt Street location. I paid with my credit card. I received text message confirm that my order was received and would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived at 75 Hoyt Street within 15 minutes only to find a shuttered business. I tried calling the number on the website, but variously got no answer, busy signal or message that it is not a working number. Tried calling the number from the text message with the same results. Called credit card company to put in a dispute for undelivered services, but somehow the charge still went through. BEWARE!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IT IS A SCAM - I ordered pickup using the restaurant’s preferred method (captain) and received a confirmation text and email. But when I arrived at the restaurant to get my food it was closed. I tried to call to figure out what was up, but no one answered. I then tried to call every other location and no answer except for the one in Stuyvesant Heights. The staff member there gave me a manager’s number but when I called that number I got no answer. Waiting for more information.

They used to be good, but the last two of my orders through Seamless were lost in a void. I was unable to figure out what happened.

Don't order here, or at least not from Seamless. Twice I tried ordering (March and now in June.) Both times, the order went through... but I waited. And waited. Nobody contacted me. I tried calling the restaurant--two different numbers for the 4th ave. location. Nobody picked up. According to Google and their website, they were open and delivering orders. After 2 hours, I cancelled through Seamless. BUSINESS OWNER: If you cannot support Seamless ordering, DON"T LIST ON SEAMLESS!

I placed an online order through Google and came to pick it up - the doors were locked and the place was closed. An employee came out and I told him the issue. "There's nothing I can do," he said, and closed the door in my face. Do not order from this place online unless you want to throw your money away and be insulted on top of it.

After placing an order online yesterday afternoon (Sunday), I drove to the restaurant to pick it up only to discover the lights were off and the the door was locked. I called the restaurant and knocked on the door but they were clearly closed, counters gleaming, delivery bikes parked inside. My card was charged for the order and I can't find any way to get a refund. No one is picking up the phone today despite Google saying they're open (yet again). So please forgo placing online orders unless you want to throw your money in the trash and then make the trip to go pick up food that doesn't even exist.

Insanity. I placed an order directly online for delivery for over $100 and not only did it not arrive, I have been completely unable to reach this location for an explanation and refund. I have tried calling over 20 times and am nothing short of showing up on their doorstep. Furious is an understatement. Beyond outrageous, shall never attempt to patronize this business again. Beware!

Oaxaca used to be one of my go-tos for their burrito - the food is always tasty. I ordered the shrimp taco last night and it came back up around 4:30AM, it seems there might’ve been something undercooked. Sadly I won’t be ordering from this establishment again, but thankfully there are plenty of other options in the area.

Please have your manager call me. I walked for 20 minutes because Google maps said it was open. Then had to spend $15 on an Uber to go to another one. Very disappointed. Menu online was also wrong and overcharged me.

When you order an enchilada, you’d like to think that you’re going to get rice and beans as is traditionally served….but instead you get one literal enchilada tortilla….total rip off.

Got a huge burrito using Too Good To Go. Great value for the price! Not to mention, it was amazing!Very friendly staff.

Ordered for pickup. Walked 20 minutes to get there, restaurant was closed even though the lights were on and there was a sign that said "open". There were other people standing outside as well wondering why they had ordered from a closed restaurant and where there orders were. I didn't get a chance to try the food but my roommate told me it is usually mediocre anyway.

‘Sweet Baby Rays’ on a taco. Need I say more? Ok, I’ll go on. Tiny tiny table. Lime that might have been made of plastic. Jackfruit that tasted of canned artichoke. Tortillas that tasted like they were procured from a Stop and Shop across the border - the Canadian border. 6 pesos per taco. Wait, no, that’s USD. 6 pesos would at least make some sense.Shame on me for looking for tacos in the Northeast in the Winter. 4/5 so that this restaurant doesn’t hunt me down.

Basic Tacos. The shop had promise when it first opened but there appears to be no passion or vision behind the food anymore. Would not return.
