I ordered salt fish cook up and dumpling both are old the salt fish is over seasoned with pepper and the salt dried out and the dumpling are not fresh. I ordered food at 8:30 am why is the food old cause it’s from the day before

I've always said this about carribbean restaurants. I don't care how delicious the food is. If you have no customer skills whatsoever, you will go out of business!

I've been going there since it first started and honestly they fell off. From food to customer service. I honestly have to think about it before I go there like, am I going to get some good food today?? or do I honestly want to spend my money with such shitty ass attitudes??? I must say the men who work there are very polite I truly appreciate them and that says a lot because I am a lesbian. But please replace all female staff as soon as possible and maybe we could enjoy the food a little better🫶

Greatest FOOD OF ALL TIME I was at the beach with my boy and afterwards we biked around and found this place, and it put the cherry on top. GIANT portion, GREAT flavor, QUICK SERVICE, and CHEAP!!!!! 10/10

I always pass by this restaurant I decided one day to give them a try. Walked into the restaurant my very first time not sure where to order because there was multiple people at the counter. I approach one of the restaurants associate and ask what kind of rice and peas is on the menu? She reluctantly responds “red peas” still deciding on the menu she walks to another counter and takes another customer order, without even asking what would I like to order. There is a huge STIGMA on Jamaicans when you enter the restaurant, bad quality customer service indeed. After this experience I don’t think that I would ever be entering this restaurant again. There no warm welcome, you get the sense of idgaf energy. Please be mindful of this restaurant and if the employees energy is off it will turn your appetite to order food.

The staff seriously needs to be nicer. I come inside very peaceful and got interrupted 3 times. All I wanted was two patties. It was overpriced (9$) and hard anyways :/ disappointed.

They showed online the Rasta pasta with vegetables and when I got my order it didn't have any vegetables very MISLEADING AND WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN

When I placed my order (in person) I was told my salmon would take 20-25 mins tops. The time on my receipt said 5:44. The girl seem like she didn’t care to interact with me to communicate about my order. I went in 6:10, it still wasn’t ready. I went back in 6:25, and they finally started making my plate. I only waited bc I already paid $25 for a plate that should’ve been 18. I was charged extra just bc it was Mac n cheese as a side. What my real issue ASIDE FROM EXTENDED WAIT TIME came in is when another dude that waited as long as I did or shorter, got his order for FREE, while they handed me my food and said nothing or accommodated me for my wait. It’s too many restaurants around for them to give this kind of service. I will not be returning.
