Oxtail cabbage Mac n cheese delicious , highly recommended

Ochi is a 10/10 Caribbean Cuisine spot. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable- I’ve never had any negative experiences with them. They’ve even made accommodations for my dietary needs on occasions when asked. The food is consistently good and the place is clean. Shout out to Patrice at the front desk- she’s a STAR! ❤️

Place is very clean service was quick and they were polite the plates are very filling I had jerk chicken and mac&cheese my husband had oxtails he oxtails were ok but I can’t complain on my dish will I go again yes I will 😊

The service is excellent, the atmosphere is friendly, and the Carribbean food is to die for, it's very delicious. With me I love my beef soup. Give the beef soup a try you won't regret your spending 💰😄

Food is good, female staff can be rude or stand-offish if u look or sound American. Bc they won't greet you or smile or use any real manners, until they speaking to one of their own or someone who sounds like they were born outside of the U.S. Idk why they like, I figure they must be sad abt something bc it seems to be a cultural thing. They rufe over they messed up phone line and in person. I've only spent money here only a few times bc of that, might have been more bc the food itself is actually good. It's just getting past the staff that's the irritating part. Cuz China Doll right up the block is good af, but be getting old after a while. However at least they always greet me with a smile, remember my regular orders, and use they manners when anyone comes into there restaurant not just ppl they prefer. I will always prefer to continue giving establishments like that my money just on those principles alone. Like most ppl I like repeatedly spending my money where I feel me and it are welcomed, not tolerated. When ur the ones who need customers to even stay open. So my advise if you wana eat here just ignore their potentially rude or mean ass with a smile and order ya food anyways if Jamaican Food is what u fixing for and ur in the ENY area. If not go anywhere else for it and pray u get a welcoming service with good food! That's a combo u can't ever beat!

Food is okay. You can get better tasting food and better pricing at Fyah international cuisine by Euclid Ave. Ochi food isn’t all that good. The rasta pasta has no rasta to it .. no spice.. and who puts corn, carrots, and green beans into rasta pasta?? Just bell peppers and jerk seasoning is what you need.. if you want good food just go to Euclid.
The only thing that’s good from Ochi is the beef patty. That’s it. The Seamoss drinks are good too but not really healthy with all the milk and eggnog added to it.

There is one older lady in there she worked the morning of the nov 2nd, early shift i got there at 6am before work and i when i tell you she was so rude and lacks complete professionalism. I go there frequent and it’s the first time i ever encountered bad customer service. She dont need to work the front. Nasty rude and dismissive.

Great Food! Service area is completely clean. Basically TakeOut. However, there's a small eat-in bar for 4, and outside seating for about 10 I think.

Parking: Call ahead so that u can run in, pay, then run out b4 getting a ticket.
