I've lived in Williamsburg for the last three years and I always tell anyone who asks that Olas has the best espresso in Brooklyn (I've looked). I actually think it's the best espresso in NYC. I am always stocked with Olas Guatemala beans at home!

We love Olas and the soul of the place and the people who work there. Come here for coffee all the time - including our wedding morning on the way to city hall :)

I don’t typically leave reviews but the barista I experienced was extremely rude. I work in hospitality, so I understand people can be tiring but this was BAD.

I asked to use the bathroom and he said it was for customers only. I assured him that I’d buy something after because this was an emergency, to which he rolled his eyes and said “Yeah you better.”

When I went to order a coffee, he just stared at me waiting at the register before coming to help me and then stared at me again without saying a word until I said my order. I tried to be polite and tipped, but he just rolled his eyes at me when he handed me my drink.

Coffee was alright but wow, that barista was horrible lol. Maybe he needs a coffee before he comes to work.

I would have bought something if you had let my friend sit with me despite them having an outside drink. The barista was very nice though.

I went to Campbell & Co. across the street instead. They were really nice and the food and drinks were great.

Stumbled on this area by chance. Cute, quaint coffee spot. Funnily, I thought the prices were very affordable and then I saw how small the cup is

I love Olas! Best coffee in Brooklyn hands down. Not to mention the cute baristas — plus, the owner is a big Monk Head and that’s my favorite show!
