Horrible front desk seating service. Very rude front staff and seating crew. Seems like they are all to busy conversating with each other instead of greeting and acknowledging customers. Especially the male with the short dred locks. He needs to go , customer service is not for him.

Food was ok. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. It smelled like the urinals haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The sink was absolutely filthy. Literally you could scrape the dirt build up off. I asked to speak with a manger to bring to their attention. No one ever came. The staff all seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Very inattentive, and not polite at all. Ruined a nice lunch date.

Took my daughter's there for the 1st time and they loved it. Short wait time (around 5mins). As soon as we got to the table we were immediately given hot bread that my daughter's attacked like a pack of wolves. The bread warm and delicious. Then the food came. They were eating it and their eyes opened up and they gave a thumbs up. I am beyond happy with this place. My new go to. Forget applebees...they are horrible (I'm talking about the one on gateway...really unprofessional). Even the drinks were strong. Service was really good. Great job.

I went with the family on bday first and foremost the greater who showed us to the seats need retraining, I asked can we not sit in the middle there is a empty table right next to it she said no very quickly, then I asked why not I was told as she spoke on the mike there’s no one to clean the table as she play the steering game with me. I said give me a rag and I will do it myself she stood holding the menus. When turned one of the young lady kindly cleaned it in point 5 seconds we sat and she put the menus down and walked away. So here came Cat our waiter who is Awesome very polite , smiles takes her time and comes back to check in with needs and wants I appreciated her service she is great. The food now fettuccini was hard noddles not cooked all the way and dry had to ask for more sauce mom’s lost appetite chicken cutlet was a little too salty but the right crisp . Didn’t want to send food back because that’s a rule and don’t trust it. Cat keep up the great work

Came here last night. 10/25/25. The food was delicious we had the endless pasta deal but that wasn’t the problem. My problem was our server who never introduced himself by name btw. He was brownskin, short, had a pulled back low ponytail that was puffy, and I believe he was Hispanic? Or maybe Afro Hispanic. He acted as if he was either on something or just didn’t wanna be there. He was out of it. We asked him for things MULTIPLE times he’d keep returning to the table empty handed and ngl we were losing our patience and you could tell by our tone. We were visibly irritated. It took him like 20 minutes to get forks that we repeatedly asked for and by the time he came back with them our pasta was cold. He left in the middle of us ordering our food and then came back as if nothing happened and asked what we wanted. He just kept running off. He also got mad at the fact that another servers table (this server was so sweet and you can tell he likes his job. He had box braids) bought us cheesecake because I returned her phones for her that she left in the stall and he went over to him with some bad energy just hostile assuming the server took his table and the server explained the same thing I explained to him. That he did not take the table he simply told us that his table wanted to buy a dessert to thank me for returning her phone. I’d also ask the server questions about the menu that needed clarification and he’d say “sure” and when I asked a follow up question he’d say “sure”. I don’t know how long he’s been working there but honestly as someone who has served for YEARS myself, he ruined our experience it was like he couldn’t be bothered with anything. His whole vibe everything was just off putting. I also want to add that he never bothered to picked up the trash that was piling up on our table despite seeing it. We did not tip at all because his service was horrible and we won’t be returning if he’s still there which sucks because aside from that everything else was amazing. Every other server had so much enthusiasm and personality and he was just…. Blah. Your hostess was also so sweet though and welcoming I also don’t know her name but she she was lightskin had short curly hair and was wearing a red shirt. Literally everyone else was a vibe besides our waiter. Food 10/10, service -0/10.

Okay. I came here for the first time to try the “endless bowl” deal that states you can order an endless amount of pasta for around $15 a person. There’s a card on the table advertising the deal and it gives you the options of pasta, sauce and meat. The only price on this card is the price per person. Keep this in mind

When I got the check, I saw an additional charge or 9.99 for chicken. I only got chicken on my first bowl. My first bowl was the only normal sized plate by the way. The rest will be actual small bowls like for cereal. So the meat you get with your first plate of pasta is NOT included in the price.

As for the following smaller bowls of pasta, I believe the meat is free because they only give half the portion you’ll get on your first bowl. I got one meatball. My date got half a chicken cutlet.

The waitress was rude, and began taking away plates way too early. Without asking by the way. The manager saved her by claiming she went to replace our salads and plates but she took so long I KNOW that wasn’t the case. Made a huge mess with the Parmesan on the table. Responses were mostly “mhm”. Don’t know her name because she did not introduce herself. Anyway, the breadsticks could’ve been baked a bit longer. The manager was nice though!

I always tip 15% or more, but I surely did not tip this day. Not because of the food because that is not HER fault. So that should say a lot.
