I had a great experience at Olive Garden Italian Restaurant! The food was delicious—especially the pasta and the breadsticks, which were a highlight. The service was exceptional; our server was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a comfortable dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Olive Garden for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine!

Went here today, waitress dropped the wrong salad.I asked for the correct salad when I tasted it.It tasted like bleach, then the waitress comes over and tells me the food's gonna be a while because the manager is in the back dealing with an inspection.I said I wanted to speak with the manager.She said they're not available right now.She also then told me the food's gonna take a while due to the inspection. My wife got the soup.It came out iced cold, but we couldn't tell the waitress.Because half the time she was doing other things and ignoring us. I told her I'd like to cancel my order unless I can speak with the manager.She told me that's fine.Cancel your order and walked away. It's one thing to have terrible customer service, but it's another thing for the food to taste like chemicals, especially when there's a health inspector from the board of health in the kitchen. This is why corporate america goes out of business because nobody gives a crap. I promise I will never come to this location again Or any olive garden . The quality has gone down so much. It's disgusting and who wants to eat salad That tastes like windex. I will be saving a ton of money not eating here ever again. Also, whoever that waitress was, she should definitely look for a new job because she's got to have one of the worst personalities I've ever met everything she told me.Was I got it i got it, I got it.Really?She didn't get anything right, nor did she get my food.Nor did she get my business.

The restaurant is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. It is in the Ceasar's Bay shopping center off the Bay Parkway exit on the Belt Parkway. They prepare Italian cuisine and are part of a franchise of restaurants. I ordered the grilled salmon entree with broccoli. The salmon was well-prepared and the broccoli was a nice portion. The entree offers customers a choice of soup or salad with two breadsticks. The side order of meatballs includes three in a portion. Plenty of parking in the large Ceasar's Bay lot. Friendly and helpful staff.

Both atmosphere and staff are good. The food is mostly good although not crazy about their sea food. The tour of Italy is delicious.

very bad service nobody care about the people’s. They have already food front of counter and I waiting 30 this is food. Disgusting
minutes. Pick up my order and they around the food walking but they will say not ready after 20 minute. They will say oh this is food here. very disgusting experience. I don’t visit it again here and I don’t want to come to here very bad. Take care.

It's olive garden so you know what you're getting and for the price you get a lot- various options for kids - they were accommodating when I asked for a booth and Janet was a very good server... 5 stars

Unfortunately we didn't have that great of experience during our visit the previous night. Although our server Janet, was extremely friendly, warm, and tried her best to provide as best of an experience as possible, everything else fell short. During the beginning, the staff in our section were called away, and it took about 10 minutes before someone realized we were looking for service with the call server button turned on on the tablet at our table. The manager came and explained the situation, which we appreciated. Then Janet came and service was quick since then, no harm no foul. The soups were great and Janet provided us refills quickly for our soup and soda. The entrees, the main character of our visit, was underwhelming. I ordered the new spicy steak tip and shrimp cream pasta, where the steak was overcooked the first time around. Janet understandably helped me bring it back to remake it, which we were grateful for. The second time it came cooked medium rare as we preferred, but the steak was overly salty and not enjoyable. I didn't want to feel like an annoying customer who keeps sending back his food, and Janet was pretty overworked catering to multiple tables at once, so I decided to just enjoy the soup and take out the entree. One of the busboy passed by and was kind enough to bring us to to-go containers and chocolate mint, but he dropped the containers on the floor by his foot and preceded to give it to us to pack our food; I'm sure he didn't realize how unsanitary his actions were, so I asked Janet for assistance and she was definitely empathetic. Overall, the best part of dinner was Janet's continued kindness and the soups which have been consistently amazing. The entree that comes with unlimited soup or salad is such a steal!

The experience could've been better, and I have hope that Olive Garden will be able to fix these issues in no time should they choose to.

My boys and I had previously had decent meals at this location last 3 years Sadly a
major change either in the kitchen staff in preparation, heating up foods and cooking parts of your hot food Last few months 👅 pasta entrees are bland & smaller portions of course they taste salty but nothing else
Our fried appetizers arrived hot but soups and actual meals room temp & cold
Waiter had too many tables never once ask us if we were okay satisfied with our food & we had to track him for anything, service
Unfortunately we can’t go back hoping they will try to improve better flow in the kitchen staff being up to speed with making sure all soups are hot with all ingredients added NOT MISSING Not serving lunch portion for dinner portions Don’t ignore your patrons &
ask ?’s make sure they are satisfied from start to finish
