Went here today to celebrate Veterans Day with my dad and my son....Food is always delicious and the staff always professional and friendly....Cant wait to come back!!!

The food was great. But I think the best part of their service was their customer service and all of the staff were extremely nice throughout.

Zero service ?

Food was so bad and staff was not happy

Prior to covid would eat lunch at Gateway,when lBay Pkwy opened would eat there because was able to walk. Never had a problem or issue with condition of restaurant or with service. Remember that lunch would start at about $10.99 whereas my chicken parm is now $13.99. Will admit that the entree is large and will almost always need doggie bag but have been eating at Olive less often. After tax and tip bill is nearly $18.00 which for me is no longer a teriffic value. More increases are on the way. Olive may be pricing there way out of the value minded diner.

I went to the Caesars Bay location to celebrate a friends Birthday.Yes they were short staffed,but everyone we encountered were more than pleasant & did their best making everyone happy.I think my waiters name was Chris,he is such an amazing person.He always smiled & took care of all the tables.To celebrate the Birthday, we try the new Pumpkin Cheesecake ?It was absolutely delicious!

Management Terrible , Serving Is Terrible .Got Food poison I Threw Up & The Manager Did Not Get Help Or Help Clean She Said Shes Gonna Wait Till The Morning Guy Gets Here ! Which Was Messed Up. The store closed at 10 , the employees kept making remarks and jokes , and just said they will wait till tmm .. I asked to speak to a manager about my food and was giving a attitude.

The garlic bread, salad and raspberry lemonade are a must have...
