Tonight I went to Ollie’s for the first time to try their vegan ice cream. I got 2 scoops of the Chocolate peanut butter brownie with vegan whip cream. The flavor was very rich and had a good amount of peanut butter throughout and small brownie chunks. Alora and Bella were friendly and super helpful! Alora answered all of my questions about the products! I can’t wait to go back and try more flavors.

Been coming here for some time and love the vibe in the shop. Tonight i ordered a mint milkshake and got basically milk with little flavoring. it wasn’t even the consistency of ice cream and all the chocolate chips fell to the bottom. 27 dollars for milk. untrained poor girl working said it was her first night and no one else around.

I would not have written this review, except that when my partner and I were eating ice cream we both tasted mint in our vanilla ice creams. What happened, as someone who worked in an ice cream store, is the attendant did not sufficiently clean the scoop. As someone with an allergy, this is really concerning as I should expect that the food is clean and allergen free. The second thing is that there was no sprinkles?? Like we laid 1.25 for a small spoon of sprinkles that fell off. Roll them in the sprinkles. To management, make sure your attendants are better trained

Ordered through Uber eats because Ollie’s had a buy one get one free promo for 2scoop cups. The portion was huge and they had so many flavors to choose from! So yummy too!!!

A little expensive for okay ice cream. Got charged extra on my order and also my partners order was up charged from the menu price $5.50 to $5.99. My sticker purchase was up charged as $4 compared to $2 displayed. a little suspicious since my partners order was also up-charged. Would be wary of what prices the attendant is putting in.

Looks can be deceiving, cookies tasted very cheap, the ice cream had a off brand taste and worst of all ; when they were making my dessert , no gloves were used and cookies were just being placed all over the counter , cute place but for all that just go somewhere else

Ice cream was delicious and would definitely recommend for unique flavors as I have been coming here for several years. However today, I noticed that the girl working the counter as nice as she was, did not wear gloves while handling the ice cream cones and was handing them over with bare hands with no napkins either. I ordered the remaining ice cream orders in a cup for the rest of the group. I may be making too much of this, but I just found it bizarre… Owners should really enforce and educate their workers on proper protocol for handling of food items and provide employees with gloves at the very least.
