To my restaurant experience Olmsted has the most creative use of ordinary ingredients to totally unexpected tase and looking dishes. One example is shaved zucchini to a delicious pasta (-looking) dish. Another uniqueness in every dish was the sauce. I imagined that probably the chef tested with hundreds or more different ingredients to create a perfect sauce for each dish.
The garden is beautiful and the restaurant is worth a visit just for that. However the food also did not disappoint. Each dish was unique and fresh, and service was impeccable. This was my second time here and I’ll definitely be returning
So yummy! We came when they offered the 9th anniversary menu and the vegetarian options were delicious. Definitely recommend the tagliatelle and the tomato schnitzel! My cocktail was also very good. Every time I come here I love the unique menu and the quality is always superb :)
