It’s a family business and even though you may not be related to them, they don’t make you feel any different. I’ve known them for a very short time, working across the street from the store, but the food is always fresh. It feels so good going into the store and they already know what you might be ordering because they understand breaks go fast and they want us to at least taste the food before the break is over. The buffet is always fresh. The food goes quick, before you blink it’s done, but they always replenish with different options. They always have a large variety.

It's all wrong here, from a high counter where you can't see the surly worker, to a difficult-to-read menu, from long waits for orders to wrong orders and just plain bad food.
My friend ordered a chicken club panini and I ordered a Middle Eastern panini. The worker did not hear my order, and when I double checked, he told me angrily that he had. Well, he hadn't. So my friend got her sandwich and then I had to wait 10 minutes for mine. Hers was ice cold and inedible.
Mine was filled with huge chunks of cucumbers instead of the zucchini in the description. I am allergic to cucumbers so returned it and asked for a refund. The cashier said they would remake it. One minute later i was handed a skinny version--the nasty worker had pulled out the cukes and shoved it back at me. I tried to get a refund but the cashier insisted I order something else. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. It was salty and drenched in mayo.
Never again. If not next to a hospital with built-in and unsuspecting customers, this place would be out of business.

Buffet is great here. My sausage egg and cheese roll with chipotle sauce was delicious, but didn’t have a lot of egg. Otherwise this place is five stars for a quick bite

I really had a great experience with ordering my food at Omega Deli. It was my first time ordering from this place so was skeptical. I am glad to have tried them out. Food was good, price was reasonable, portion was large, and excellent customer service. The gentleman went out of his way to ensure that my food was delivered to me despite being a bit further than the delivering distance. I would definitely order from them again. Btw, I can’t give rating for atmosphere since I haven’t been in the store as of yet.
