Very disappointed! Just spent over $50 with them ( always brought form them at least 3-4 times a month ) I was just asking for an empty cup for my one year old who wanted water. And They rejected the simple ask. For this type of service, I will never come back to them again. A 200$ loss in business for them over a cup, is it worth it ?

I drank a cup of milk tea that had no sweetness. It had only milk flavor, no tea flavor and no sweetness. I was extremely disappointed and the service experience was extremely poor.

I was informed that I would receive a strawberry cheese foam but instead I got a watered down strawberry drink. I informed the cashier that I did not order this, but she stated I was wrong. This drink was not palatable.

They serve ONLY ONE type of client. When they could not get anyone to come to their establishment, we didn't have any issues with our orders. As soon as they got popular, their orders were watered down. Me and my friend CLEARLY asked for a order, they gave us somthing totally different and lied about it. I speak clear English as I'm born amd raised here. They make it clear they do not want anyone that doesn't look like them there. Got it. They will never get a cent of my money. The milk seemed too sour and I threw up afterwards.

I had their mango fresh fruit with foam series drink and it was definitely an interesting drink. Firstly, in that drink there were clear crystal boba and I didn’t like the texture of it. Secondly, the foam was some type of cheese foam and it was salty. Lastly, the drink left a lasting impression on my stomach. Although the drink I got was bad, their regular milk tea was pretty good

The mango pomelo sago is delightfully delicious and refreshing! It's basically just fresh fruit and coconut cream. No added sugar. It's a really nice drinkable dessert.
