We have been coming here for over 25 years and it never misses. Orthobello is the absolute Holy Grail of Italian food. The family-style atmosphere makes you feel right at home, and the quality is truly top-tier. After two and a half decades, it’s still our favorite spot!

My Nonna lived up the block for 50+ years- moved out of Brooklyn but I still yearn for this restaurant and try to make an effort to go whenever I do come back. Menu is fresh and delicious, I love the laid back ambiance and nothing beats the kind and attentive service. Ortobellos has my heart forever!

I came to the place because I was looking for authentic Italian food. I also read the great reviews on google so it made me try it.
I always swear I won't go by the reviews but I still do. So here goes. The appetizer I ordered I believe it's called the Capresse salad which is Mozzarella and tomato with basil. I thought that, that dish was excellent. For the main course we ordered the chicken franchisee and the veal franchisee. The food came out in good time...
