We had a pleasant meal at Otis, especially enjoying our spot at the counter where we could see the kitchen in action. The mezcal-based cocktail was better than expected, nicely balanced with yellow chartreuse. Bread options were solid, with the sourdough standing out alongside an eggplant dip and tasty mussels. I usually dislike burrata but oh my goodness!! This was delightful!! What a beautiful flavor profile mixed with the pork shoulder. I was very shocked.
