Everything is always incredible, but I must say the spicy squash with sesame oil is next level! They always have a great selection of sweet and savory. Make sure to get there before noon because they sellout fast!

Pastries were over-browned and dried out. Had to throw them out :( bread seems to have the same issue - over baked and too crusty.
Wish they didn’t charge me a tip without asking at checkout, I was quite surprised to see that charged only after I paid :(

I love this bakery and the bread and food is always fire, but me and my roommate went to Otway today separately and both came home feeling bad because of the attitude of the cashier today. This person is regularly baseline NY rude, but today is was comical. Throwing pastries on the counter! Both of us experienced this separately and was not a fun way to start our day. ☹️

The line goes very fast so don't be alarmed when you see it. Just know that the most delicious surprises await you. I tried the kimchi savoury bin amd the cardamon bun. It was hard to get myself to stop eating both in one sitting.

We love Otway! Amazing pastries— we love the egg tart and ham and cheese croissant. Truly can’t be missed and highly recommend. Don’t get scared by the weekend line; it moves quickly and it’s worth the wait!

They only ask black patrons if they know what a macchiato is when ordering, but allow non-black patrons to order them without a hassle. Really unfortunate. Cashier staff is unfriendly 90% of the time as well.

After a good nice walk in the neighborhood looking at the brownstones found this cute little bakery and I had to try it. Got the almond croissants which were pretty good! The perfect balance of sweet and crispness to it. I found it interesting that it had a very little amount almond paste, though it didn’t matter to the joyness in my mouth. The mini chocolate babka were equally good.
