This was my first time dining at Outback Steakhouse! The wait time to be served was very short. The foods and drinks came out pretty quick. The service was excellent from entering to exiting! The manager greeted us and the waiter provided excellent customer service! I’ll be back!

I came to Outback for the first time with my uncle for his birthday. The wait was short but the food and service was absolute garbage. I ordered the bloomin fried chicken with the original side of mashed potatoes and broccoli, it took over half an hour to come out and instead of mashed potatoes they gave me double broccoli and no mash. This initial issue was solved with a side of mash on a separate plate but by the time I received my side I noticed my chicken was undercooked and looked like it belonged on a sandwich. I peeled like my chicken thin and dry, when I told the manager this he said he’d fix it and instead the sever came back to ask me to change my order because the chef said he didn’t want to make it any thinner as advertised. I told the sever I don’t eat red meat or seafood so chicken is my only option. No further accommodations were made so now I have to go home hungry; thanks outback!
