Been my spot for almost 15 years..Sharon the manager is very humble an Irie.Natalie the bar attendant...she dope...All the girls are fun here...I love the vybe on a weekend nights...Awesome music ?

My friends and I just happened to stop in and we wanted to play the Juke Box while drinking. We were met with a hard NO from the barmaid and kitchen lady, so we left.

Tuesday nights karaoke ? is one of the best I've been too in Brooklyn. There's a saying " carry your own key" lol so don't worry if your not the best singer..The people are friendly. Oh and it starts 9pm.Friday and Saturday nights are party nights, vibes like geeez. The mixture of young and mature crowd balance itself out nicely. Security at the door, three entry an exit point, safety is priority. Drinks ? ? ? ? an more drinks.Sunday night are Oldies. Old school music, just relaxing, peaceful reggae/ soca vibes, its just perfect. I swear once u visit once it keeps getting better. See u soon

A great “Caribbean Dive Bar”… The people are great The beer is cold The food is fantastic The music takes you straight to the Islands It’s one of my favourite pubs in NYC. 5 Stars

Staff and patrons were amazing.Good tunes, good drink, GREAT food, GREAT people. They take care of some local stray cats and cant beat the killer legit vibe.Thank you Vals sports bar for takijg care of us so well!

Val Sports Bar & lounge is a nice weekend getaway. I go on Sundays to listen to old hits.(reggae) drinks and good seafood. Great vibes. We have karaoke during the week and other events. Not too expensive. You want to just listen to some rhythms and buy value.
