Great option for real desi food day or night. Chanay and roghni naan both were amazing and then chai with kheer was a happy ending. 4 stars because malai kabab wasn't as soft as it should be. Give it a shot for fresh food anytime

I ordered the chicken biriyani, and it only had three pieces of meat and no flavor. Then I had chicken tikka, which was hard and super dry. I could not eat, and I had to throw out my food. This was a waste of money.

Today I went with my friend to Pakiza and ordered Chicken Karahi with Chicken Kebab and Naan. We requested that we need Fresh Naan. But they bring us old Naan by making them hot. When we ask the guy its been warmed up and bought to us he said they are fresh. We were very disappointed and inform him we will call your owner and report. The guy with mustache very rudely said yes you can call the owner father also. What a non sense reply. Then a guy called Butt he intervene we told him if customer is not happy u better take it out and bring us freah Naan. But they didnot. We are going almost everyday here. Now we will stop and will never go this restaurant again in future.
Customer is always right and you have to listen to the customer rather then giving non sense replys.
