I ordered the chicken biriyani, and it only had three pieces of meat and no flavor. Then I had chicken tikka, which was hard and super dry. I could not eat, and I had to throw out my food. This was a waste of money.

Today I went with my friend to Pakiza and ordered Chicken Karahi with Chicken Kebab and Naan. We requested that we need Fresh Naan. But they bring us old Naan by making them hot. When we ask the guy its been warmed up and bought to us he said they are fresh. We were very disappointed and inform him we will call your owner and report. The guy with mustache very rudely said yes you can call the owner father also. What a non sense reply. Then a guy called Butt he intervene we told him if customer is not happy u better take it out and bring us freah Naan. But they didnot. We are going almost everyday here. Now we will stop and will never go this restaurant again in future.
Customer is always right and you have to listen to the customer rather then giving non sense replys.

I have visited this small restaurant a few times over the years and let me tell you they are not only clean and the food is always fresh and tasty but they are also very respectful and so kind and helpful they went out of their way today to help my elderly mother get the food she was craving and they had extra respect and patience for her if u can give them 1000 stars I would

I ordered the Aloo paratha and Keema paratha but all I get is bread. When I called them , they don’t even say sorry for their mistake. And service is really bad. And the bread is also cold and I can’t even eat it.

I called on Sunday morning to order naan, but the attendant pressured me to pay in cash to avoid taxes. This kind of dishonest practice is concerning and reflects poorly on the restaurant. I hope the owner realizes the potential consequences before it’s too late.

I have ordered Sunday morning 9:45 am for breakfast and they have called me after 45 mins to just let me know that your item is not available, and they told me you have to wait more than an hour , so I told them to refund me my money I don’t want my food then they said we will give you something substitute and then they said you have order only 1 item but on there app it says buy1get1 offer and I have selected that offer then they said I don’t know why this offer is still showing on our page but that is finished now so we can’t give you that offer and I have paid 27.63 $ and they are just offering me 16$ food this is bullshit service even there owner are not professional I think Ubers has to take action against them they spoil my mood my weekends because of their bullshit service and unprofessional staff Never order from them again
