I asked to use the bathroom, because the great coffee will definitely make you want to go, and was told to “go to the starbucks up the street”. Really? What is the point of supporting your local coffee shop and tipping on a coffee only for them to tell you to see a corporate coffee chain for decent customer service??No bathrooms for customers and just subpar customer service. Take it from them and “go to the starbucks up the street”.

So I noticed other reviews saying they've been charge differently and didn't have this happen to me until recently. Jan16 I got charged more than on Jan. 31 Did the prices go down? Or have they been charging differently every time. The day I got charged more there was a different person behind the counter. I usually always see the same person behind the counter and he always makes my drinks perfectly and charges me correctly. Don't know his name though :/

Nice coffee shop with fresh pastries. Got their maple latte which was very nice. Their layered pistachio croissant was delicious.

Paper cup of ice coffee for 7 dollars. Cup is melting. Only regular sugar packets, no liquid sugar available. More ice than coffee. Interior is nice, but coffee isn't this coffee spots strong point.

Extra $1 for "light ice"???I ordered an iced coffee and I asked for less ice. The barista wanted to charge me $1 for it. I'm like WHY? I wasn't asking for more coffee... The barista was so nasty and said "well I don't make the rules!". Yikes! This is the problem with some businesses in Greenpoint. They act very greedy to to just charge you any way they want because they think you live in such a "cool" neighborhood. Businesses like this make this neighborhood actually uncool. Such a pity.

Great coffee and food! This is my favorite little corner to sit on and people watch solo when grabbing a coffee. Also a nice spot to sit outside and read a book.

Like the place it’s very pretty and nice atmosphere. The staff is really nice BUT it’s way overpriced. A chai tea was over $7!We are still in Greenpoint. It’s sad that Starbucks is cheaper so it’s my new go to now.

Soggy, stale and cold food. I had to throw it away. Service was okay. Counters could’ve been cleaner. The owner clearly can’t take criticism.
