Either there's a new cheaper recipe or the cool is bad/rushing. My fav is the beijing beef. It was burnt. Noodles taste watered down. Server server me healthy. Service A1. But cooking the food is first. Fix it please

To be honest, my experience was terrible and disappointing. When I asked for a bigger portion that gave me a small one and I paid $13. For a plate and they didn’t even give me a lot of food for me to enjoy my food, I would need a lot of food because I was hungry to be honest, their food was honestly disgusting 🤢 their food was a zero their service was a zero..

I spent $18 for a small portion of my food so unprofessional also, when I asked her to put more chicken, she said no, which didn’t really make sense because she barely added a scoop on my plate then it came up to $18 which was so confusing because if I’m gonna eat something and I wanna enjoy it, it should not be nasty 🤢 😖

Update: walked in and several Corporate Officials were in. Restrooms no longer in order. Fountain drinks working, again. 15+ for a small plate and no basic functions working What is going on? I was literally the only customer there, got there before they opened, waited, usually the line is to the door. The soda was not tasting good, but the cashier was phenomenal and helped me. My food was fresh and taste great. I'm just glad the workers were nice, it's hard to find nowadays.

The greens not half cooked...it's raw ! The noodles,very dry!need more water,almost raw!So disappointed. Not going to buy in this location anymore,other locations I tried,it's ok.
This Panda Express would not let me ( a 75 yr old senior citizen and my 2 adult children (36 and 41 yrs old) use their bathroom. In the past when I dined there you could use the bathroom. Now it is for employees only according to the manager. I spent $60.00 and could use the bathroom. I will not dine there ever again. Carolyn Moore

I’ve been coming to this location for years and never had an issue before, which is why today’s experience was really disappointing. After my meal, I asked for the bathroom code and was told it was “out of service.” The problem is, I had just seen an employee come out of that same bathroom about 20 minutes earlier. When I mentioned this, the young lady at the register said, “I’m just telling you what I’m told to say,” and suggested I go across the street to Burger King. Ummmmm, I didn’t spend my money at Burger King, I spent it here. It felt dismissive and unfair as a paying customer. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience was very disappointing.

Alex was very fast attentive and incredibly helpful!! He was working both the cash register and getting orders made. Him working the afternoon shift made my day! Promote that man and give him a raise ASAP.
