This was my sole and final dining experience. The fried rice they served us was old and of poor quality. We recognized it by its aroma, as we are also of Asian descent. After we made a complaint, they replaced it, but our appetite was severely diminished by the lingering smell of the stale rice. It is imperative that restaurants serve freshly cooked rice to their customers, rather than old, pre-cooked rice.

RADINE ELLE fled, she served me very little, I asked her to add a little chicken because I'm not going to eat dry white rice. And I had already paid $15 and now I was charged another $6 for a small tub even though I just wanted a little extra sauce. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS and the young waitress with false eyelashes SOPHIA is very unpleasant, dry and haughty!!! The French don't go there!

Nice spot but there is a woman named Julissa that works there, who wears glasses who might come across as rude. She seemed to respond angrily to me for no reason. Like she was angry about something else and was taking it out on a customer.
Closed early and didn’t update their Uber eats app waited an hour before we had to cancel cause it wasn’t turned off.

the worst service, they don't greet you and tell you what you want with a disgruntled face, and the worst place is in Manhattan on 8th Avenue and West 31st, if you order a Plate, they'll give you spaghetti and rice and two types of chicken, and all of that for $12, but here for $13.70 they'll only give you rice and two types of chicken, that is, when you ask for a little more rice, they'll immediately charge you extra money for the rice, the guys in Manhattan have better service and bigger portions!

First time EVER eating at a Panda Express. The food was tasty and the servers were very friendly and courteous. The price was reasonable.
The only issue that we had was a homeless person coming up to the table to ask us for money!

So gross…..I walked by with my kids and it smelled so good, you could smell the orange chicken..::u go in, it looks okay, not great….then u order. The noodles were gross, had a rubbery taste, the beef and chicken were actually rubbery in texture as well. I got the beef and broccoli, it was literally 2 pieces of beef, and the orange chicken was hard and not flavorful then my child wanted to try something spicy so the man serving the food was like if there is a sweet and spicy beef, we can try, okay sounds good, but the lady ahead of us ordered the same thing, he tells her oh it’s only a little bit, it will be a minute for a fresh batch then proceeds to serve me the cold left over he just told the lady wasn’t enough….like dude wtf. Anyway it’s was gross. None of the food was hot or even warm….the rice was honestly the only thing that was decent ….over all this was horrible and will not go again, I felt gross after the second bite of food and I didn’t even take the left overs, just like toss it. Ur better off going to teriyaki one around the corner or the Chinese spot over on Hoyt and schemerhorn atleast it’s fresher and tastes good, not frozen…. And good luck with finding a seat or clean table.

The woman cashier just did the most disgusting thing I ever seen. She assumed no one was looking , I don’t know how we locked eyes on one another but hey!. The woman cashier then proceeded to sneakily take food out of a canceled Uber eats order and place this chicken back into the restaurants main floor to be served to next guest. Please be careful when eating out most chain restaurants and fast food only wants your dollar. Oh don’t get me started with the homeless atmosphere that occupy the diner area.
