If i could give this place a 0 i WOULD‼️ i ordered 35 minutes AHEAD , just to have them prioritize everyone else. they kept saying it’ll be out real soon. but it never came out. i had to BEG the employee WHO BY WAY WAS WHISPERING the WHOLE TIME. IN ADDITION, they messed up my friends order and HAD ANOTHER RANDOM WOMAN TOUCH HER PLATE. They rolled their eyes in unison when she politely asked them to remake it. it is unacceptable i was so excited to eat and this totally ruined my mood and experience.

Today, after work, I decided to stop by to buy something as usual, and just because I was wearing my helmet, Neomi thought I was a food delivery guy, and since she was annoyed, she refused to take my order. She mumbled that she would call Ice. I mean, what the hell is wrong with this girl? She thought I wouldn't hear her. Besides, I'm a customer! Absolute garbage. I asked a lady a question and she yelled at me and gave me an attitude. Constantly yelling and customers and people picking up their food. Everyone was arguing behind the counter. Food was equally trash. Undercooked chow mein and the beef and shrimp was overcooked and inedible. I mentioned it to the manager or whoever was in charge and he simply shrugged his shoulders and said “Yeah it doesn’t taste good to me personally either”
Find another place to spend your hard earned money.

Very disappointed with service received. There wasn't enough meat for my order and I was unable to wait. I asked for another meat can be added to complete my portion, was told no. Informed I'll get 10% off which is the original cost of the meal pre-tax. Definitely not going back there.
They always give smaller portions than the other panda express I go to near my house. And I mean like so much less, they fill the plate halfway. PUT MORE FOOD ON THE PLATES!!! WE’RE HUNGRY....

They took my order and put it aside, then the girl got a little busy and went to the bathroom or somewhere and left that alone. The person who came to serve me continued taking orders, and my plate was still aside. Then the girl came back and took my plate and threw it in the trash. I had to tell her that it was mine and that I'd been waiting for quite some time. Terrible service.
