I came in on my lunch break and the girl serving me brown hair with glasses was so rude and too busy gossiping to pay attention to what I was asking for inside my plate then after I proceed to tell her that’s not what I asked for she begans telling me she can’t remove the item off the tray since I had already had shrimp and the chicken she added touched the shrimp ….. at the point I just walked away I definitely won’t be coming back to this Panda Express location

We ordered food here, the first time they only put pasta without meat, we wrote to them about it. Panda gave us a coupon for a plate, then after a while we ordered the next order using this coupon and paid extra for the rest, we waited two hours, after that Panda cancelled our order! Horrible service!!!!
Definitely a below average panda express. Noodles were way overcooked. I ordered the black pepper steak, which is an upcharge, but it was mostly mushrooms.

I only ordered the vegetable rice and walnut shrimp and honey sesame chicken. Every time I order from here not only that is pretty pricey but they give you a little bit of food. You get 2 scoop of entree and two small scoops of for one scoop of meat. If you get any more than that probably favoritism. I tried not to come here as much cuz I feel like if I'm spending $15 my plate should look like $15. I noticed for $13-$19 I get more food buying from Chipotle.

Back in high school, I tried Panda Express for the first time , and the pretty tasted good. That was over ten years ago. I ordered it again yesterday, and it was pretty good. My first two dishes are the honey sesame chicken breast and the chow mein. The fried rice and grilled teriyaki chicken were pretty tasty, too. The peach lychee refresher was amazing. I will be ordering again.

The Panda Express makes awesome food which is decent, but this Panda Express atmosphere is unclean, and the staff are unprofessional. Jacob, in particular, is rude, unhygienic, and aggressive toward customers, even engaging in harassing behavior. The team's hostility and impatience are unacceptable. Immediate action is needed, starting with Jacob's dismissal.

Came in today during my lunch break. Getting ready to order for myself and my partner as I come in 2-3 times a week. I asked for the code to the restroom so my partner can go as I ordered for us. Was rudely told I must order food first before being provided the code or that target has a public restroom. Felicia the manager then told me that she’s refusing to take my order 🤣 worst

The workers are unhelpful impolite and unwelcoming! They automatically assume people know all the food, all the sizes, etc. if you’re a new customer they make you feel like just walking out. I went in at 3 different times and did NOT have a positive experience any of those times! One worker put double shrimp on my order because there was one serving of shrimp and 3 left in the pan. I said I’d pay for the other 3 …they wanted to charge a full serving price for the 3 pieces of shrimp. Ridiculous. The Manager was also unhelpful when relaying to her that the worker was not being helpful and was also being rude because he acted like I’m the worker and not the customer. It is a total turn off to go in there. Will NOT be returning.

I don’t know who is cooking in the kitchen, but why are whole raw onions in the food? The veggies are not steamed; they are roughly uncooked.
