Initially I liked panda a lot. I only would order kungpao chicken as it’s spicy n l like spicy. I agree with the other reviews that the portions are very small n do skimp a lot. I just accepted it n never had argument about that. But 2 weeks ago became my last visit there. As usual I ordered kung pao n I was about to finish my meal as 2/3 bites remain n suddenly I felt I am chewing something hard as my teeth felt very weird so I try to spit n ran to the counter n try to remove whatever it was. It was a small long wire which I took it out n I felt scared n disgusted at the same time. There were 2 girls n I think 2/3 guys. The girl did apologize n asked me if they can replace the meal n I told them No Way!! or they will give me a large portion or I can come back in the future to get the meal. I told them none of the options will work as I just feel horrible that it may happen again I may never use panda again. I told them I want a refund of the meal. They suddenly kept quiet then I asked again as I didn’t want to waste my time. The guy with the glasses just went inside he was just walking here n there just trying to waste my time hoping that I will just leave. So I went to the counter n asked him it’s not a million dollar transaction that it’s taking so long. It was around 3 pm maybe 2/3 customers were there. I told him I will officially like to file a complaint if they don’t do refund immediately. Then he moved fast n within 5 minutes I was out of panda n will never ever return to any of their stores. Employees looks like not very careful. I can’t trust to ever eat panda. Cleanliness is so much in questions. How the wire got there?? Careless workers☹️I am done with Panda

This is the best location as far as I'm concerned. I've been here more than 4 times in the past 2 months. My favorite is the orange flavored chicken with fried rice. I started with the bowl. Then, I ventured to the 2 entree with small entree free after filling out the survey. If you're a foodie like me, the rewards program is the best thing to sign up for. Earn points and get free food each visit. That's what I'm talking about. The beef and broccoli are good. The staff is friendly and professional. The place is always clean and cleaned up on a given visit. They don't tolerate loitering. If you're not eating, you will be asked to leave the premises. Most people comply without a fuss. I've had nothing but the best experience each time.Vegetarian options: I'm not sure of all the options, I eat meat, so I haven't paid much attention. I'm sure that you will find something to try and possibly enjoy as a vegetarian.Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible to wheel chairs. Main level. And a mark seating area noted at the Flatbush Junction location.

I ordered off Uber eats a plate and they gave me bowl without my second entree and the entree they did give is spicy af it has no flavor, I’m never ordering from this location
I gave this place 3 stars because the food was not that tasty and when I ordered my food with the girl I was suppose to get half noodles and half fry rice with 3 sides of meat, for 3 order total. I picked out 2 of the meat and was told I had to wait for the other one, I don't know what was told to the guy that was doing the food because I get home and only 2 had the meat I was waiting for smh. I was upset because I should have checked my food before I left the store. I didnt have the time to go back either. Don't think I would be going back to that location.

Lenny the self proclaimed manager needs an attitude readjustment & some customer service training. she refuses to service me because I asked her if the shrimp my child wanted my spicy. she told me to read the ingredients & I can't read then that's not her problem. I ended leaving without any food because she refuses to take my order. I will never come to this location again.

PLEASE LISTEN IT was my first time there a week ago and I've gotta say I'm really dissapointed I payed 14 bucks for a plate and the young black man who was serving my food skimped so much on it. I couldn't believe my eyes 14 dollars for 3 bucks worth of food size. Food was really good but not worth the money if I don't get enough. Felt like he was getting payed extra to skimp on it.People used to say this joint was really good, one of the best on ny, but I think that time has changed, now I can vow that its really just garbage, wouldn't recommend
