I purchased this food expecting it to be enjoyable, and instead it was completely unacceptable. The lo mein was extremely oily and greasy to the point that from the first bite it tasted like straight oil with no flavor at all. The fried rice had no taste, and the spicy chicken was not edible. I also ordered the beef and broccoli, and after trying it, no one was willing to eat it. The spicy beef was the only item that was somewhat tolerable, but even that was not good.
I gave some of this food to my four year old son, and he became sick afterward with food poisoning and began throwing up. That alone makes this situation very serious and unacceptable.
The entire order ended up in the trash, including the soda. The strawberry Fanta tasted like plain seltzer water and was clearly not right. I am requesting a full refund for this order because the food was inedible and caused illness. While the staff was polite, the quality and safety of the food were completely unacceptable.

The food was delicious, but be aware that the person serving is very rude and impatient. She's very ill-mannered and shouldn't be there; I think she'd be better off in the kitchen.

The place is spotless, and the service is amazing! Pilar is such a hardworking lady , it’s always nice to see people who truly care about making customers happy.

Lady failed to give me sauce I didn’t know because it was my first time and then spitefully in front of me. She asked the customer behind me if she wanted sauce as if I was profiled or something. Food is dry. Save your money. You’ll have a better experience at the Halal cart.

I asked the worker why he didn't fill the juice, and he said my manager asked me to, even though all the other places fill it to the brim. Hah

Placed an online order and was missing 1 item. I left a support ticket at the website and got a phone call response roughly 5 minutes later.
The employee called me and apologized for his mistake and offered to resend the food to me. At first, I denied his request because I felt that he was genuinely sorry about his mistake. However, he told me that my satisfaction is more important than salary or any additional work.
He called an Uber to deliver me the rest of the food and thanked me again for supporting Panda Express.
Wing, you are such an honest and humble worker. Thank you again for making my night. Will continue to come back!

I would leave 0 stars here if I could. Unfortunately, my partner got violently ill after ordering take out at this Panda Express location, leaving me concerned about the cleanliness and safety standards of this location. He vomited repeatedly throughout the night not soon after he finished his meal. The quality and freshness are clearly lacking at this location and has completely turned us off from ever coming back here again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody, it is definitely not worth the risk of getting sick.
