I ordered wonton soup. The woman at the register used her bare hands to prepare and add the ingredients into the soup container. This is against health code. But is any official ever checking?!

I’ve ordered several times from Panda Garden & for the most part, I like their food. The fried pork dumplings are good, although small in comparison with other restaurants. I was not pleased with my most recent dinner. I ordered moo shoo pork & it should be renamed just “moo shoo” as the slivers of pork are minimal. All the “filler” is ridiculous!!! Chopped up cabbage, onions, mushrooms — IMO — all “fillers” to disguise the dish of having very few pieces of pork, which, by the way, was fatty. I don’t know if I’ll order from them again. Very disappointing.

The restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. They prepare Chinese cuisine. Several tables are available for dining in but no servers. I ordered the wonton soup, egg roll and dim sum which were all good. The chicken and black bean sauce had mostly vegetables with little sauce. The shrimp and lobster sauce consisted of small shrimp with a plain sauce. The chicken lo mein was tasty with a generous portion of noodles. Customers who spend more than $50 can choose from several free dishes. I chose the sesame chicken which was well-prepared and tasty. Friendly and helpful staff.

If you are looking for good clean food this is not the place we order, and found a fried roach in the food. Order if you like eating insects!!!
I usually order from here every weekend. But on 8/24/24 I decided to take a walk and go inside to order for the first time . I was totally disgusted and will never eat here again. As I waited around for my food I heard someone sneezing. I got up out the chair and looked on the kitchen due to the door apart cracked open and saw on me of the staff kneeling on the floor over a tray flowering chicken , not wearing gloves , and sneezing without covering his mouth. His nose was running and he is wiping his nose with his hands !!!!! The same hands he is not wearing gloves and flowering the chicken with. The food is good but will never eat there again just from seeing this . Doing you reading this and got sick after 8/24 eating there you know why.

You will not find better Chinese food in Bay Ridge. I have been a customer for decades. They have never ever once messed up my order. Always on point, even when placing very large orders. Super fast and friendly service and delivery. I always place large take-out orders for workmates in Queens for our weekly "Chinese food Saturday". All my colleagues know that I have the best Chinese spot in my neighborhood.
