What a HORRIBLE experience I had this evening ordering from here. Ordered something simple. Egg Foo Young and sweet plantains which weren’t sweet at all. Toss them in the trash because they were hard and dry. Felt a little queasy after the chicken egg foo young. 🤢 But it could just be that with all the salt, MSG, and grease my system is just sensitive to this type of fast food. Definitely unhealthy. But the subpar food is not even the biggest problem. I truly don’t expect much taste from a local Chinese joint. It was the nasty delivery man. There was a car blocking the street so he had to get out of his car to walk a few feet down to my house. My order came to 17.50. I realize I didn’t have the full amount in paper money, so I gave him the remainder of the balance in quarters with an apology. They only take cash. Cash is cash. But this man yelled at me stating, “What is this?!” I apologized again and told him the full amount is there if he’d like to count it. This man screamed at me like I was a piece of dirt on the bottom of his shoe and said, “HOW MUCH IS THIS?! WHY YOU GIVE ME THIS?” He looked at me as if he wanted to spit on me and probably would’ve if he could’ve gotten away with it. I told him the correct amount is there and to not scream at me. This man snatched the money from my hand, raced down my steps, and refused to close my gate after I asked him to. The thanks I get for forking over my hard earned money to this hole in a wall. Black people, if you are reading this, please DEMAND better service from these other minorities that come into our communities, serve us trash food, and treat us like dirt like our dollars don’t matter. I will eat dirt before I EVER patronize this restaurant again. If you don’t respect my community you don’t deserve my business. Plus your food is subpar and very unhealthy. So kick rocks Panda and go serve your bad food somewhere else.

Never ordered via Uber Eats or DoorDash and my food was always made to order via pick up from the phone. All you do is say your order ask them to repeat it back to make sure its right and they tell you the price and wait time. If you mad over a little 10, 15 minute wait then go order McDonald's 🤷🏿♀️

I ordered a half chicken with vegetable lomien , I should of known,when she opened up the container to ask if I wanted any ketchup or hot sauce, something was wrong , I saw the half chicken was cut up . I didn't ask them to do that . Ok I let it go , I got home to a very disappointing container of food , the Chicken obviously was old and it was dry The lomien had no seasoning at all it. It tasted like over cooked wet bland spaghetti noodles.im so pissed I wasted 9.50. out of all the fast food spots I could of picked from I picked this hole in the wall . I hate wasting money .I wish I could give them zero stars

This is one of the worst Chinese food restaurants I've ever ordered from. Being from the neighborhood whenever I was interested in getting Chinese food I would go to them because they used to be good. The last few times I've ordered I've been rushed off the phone, delivery drivers are rude or they put your food on the FLOOR as they wait for you to come down and grab the food. The food is always DISGUSTING and never cooked the way it's asked over the phone. I always receive BURNT CHICKEN. They are the worst and need to be shut down!
