This is the worst Panera in the world! The people maintaining the coffee bar don’t do their job. I just waited for 30 min for them to bring hot water for a tea! 30 min! Completely useless!

I come here almost every day for lunch. I'm sure you don't have a loitering policy like Starbucks, or maybe it's beyond your control, but stop letting public school kids roam around eating outside food and hanging out when other people want to eat inside. Anyway, this place is poorly run and needs new management!

I ordered a soup through their self-service kiosk. My order didn’t go through for 10 minutes, and while everyone else received their food, I was still standing there waiting. It seems like they have serious issues with their kiosk system. The employee preparing the soup was rude and talked as if it wasn’t his problem at all. When I asked for a manager, he said that he was the manager. The whole situation brought me to tears. I know this isn’t important in the grand scheme of things, but it completely ruined my day. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The breakfast sandwich: Chipotle chicken with avocado and egg white is amazing. But the service is absolutely terrible, it's very slow and not welcoming at all.

This was my first time ever eating at Panera and the experience was not great at all. I ordered in store through the tablet kiosk they provide and the staff was too busy breaking down to offer basic customer service. No one greeted me or acknowledged me while I was waiting and it felt like guests were an afterthought.
I arrived around 5:52 pm and my pickup window said 6:12 pm. I did not get my food until 6:14 pm which I was fine with since it was only a short delay. The real issue was the attitude and lack of communication. The shift supervisor, Kevin, had a bad attitude that rubbed off on the other employees. When I asked about my order, he acted like I was interrupting him instead of simply helping me.
When I finally got my bag, I saw they were out of apples. Instead of letting me know or asking if I wanted something else, they just put chips in my bag without saying anything. For a first time guest, communication matters because it shows you respect people who choose to spend their money here.
I wanted to like Panera because so many people recommend it, but this visit left me feeling ignored and brushed off. I hope management pays attention to how the closing process affects guests because customer service should not stop just because the team is ready to go home. I will think twice before returning.

This is the worst Panera Bread in a city. Staff was rude. I spent 30 min for waiting my 2 coffees and cookies to-go and after that they just ask what I’m waiting for. Before, when my order was ready on the screen I ask where is my order and get the answer wait we need some time. Your staff can’t speak with the customer, they know only how to be rude. It’s awful.

Avoid if you can. A simple salad and small cup of soup took 40 minutes during rush hour. Understaffed and slow. Didn’t even have bread 😂
