Zero stars Panera bread is by far the worst I ever been to I waste my time all the time going in there just to be see everything is out of stock And when they are actually stocked the employee that bag the food up forgets items then when you tell them you're missing items she has attitude very rude.

Same story always. Order is ready but it’s not ready. very arrogant manager. speaks rudely and works in the kitchen in personal clothes without an apron. Head is uncovered. beard too. soup is not poured in portion. remark is answered sharply with a complaint.

Most tables are dirty this morning, people in store asking for money, floors ate dirty. We won't be eating at this location anymore

Wasn’t happy with my salad, pay $16.54 for Hobbes’s Cobb chicken on 2/14/25 at 8.30pm,take out,no avocado,tomato missing from my salad.etc.

Panera Bread is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious and healthy meal. Their soups, salads, and sandwiches are always fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly and efficient. Plus, I love the option to order online and pick up in store, which is very convenient. Highly recommended for a satisfying and nutritious dining experience!

Food was good and prices reasonable but as usual with this store they were out of the bread for my sandwich so had to do substitution and that bread was not as great.

I visit this Panera quite often and I usually get the veggie sandwich or the chipotle chicken avocado melt. Tonight (about an hour ago) I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt but upon opening my sandwich at home I realized that is not what I received. I’m very disappointed as I do not eat bacon and I had to discard this sandwich.

Every time I order from this Panera bread, they mess up my order or they forget items from the order. Literally Every. Single. Time. Worst Panera bread I have interacted with to date.
And then getting a refund for their mistakes on your order is near impossible… if you like your orders to be correct and not have missing items, avoid this Panera at all costs!!

I have the sip club and ordered a drink. I went to the cashier and he said I had to go to rapid pickup, and that’s fine. I go there and tell them I’m picking up a sip cup drink, and they said it wasn’t ready!! What do you mean it’s not ready? It’s a cup, you hand me a cup. They really made me wait in order before giving me my cup. I waited 10 minutes for ONE CUP. Horrible customer service.

I've always loved Panera food & coffee but I am totally DONE with this particular restaurant. Only almond milk or 2% for the coffee -- and no one to ask for half & half. Why do they ask if you are eating in or taking out? All food came in a paper bag, no tray, no napkins. Tables were not clean. I'll probably go to a Panera again but NEVER to the one at Gateway in Brooklyn!!

So I don’t usually do this. I was having a bad day until I came in for a quick bite to eat. A young lady by the name of Nancy was absolutely fantastic. Some people don’t know just how much a smile can make a difference in someone’s day. She was kind, patient (as I’ve never been to a Panera so don’t know the menu like that) over all extremely professional and courteous. Truly wish every worker was like her. Affected my day long enough to write this essay. Good workers that are happy are hard to come by these days and I hope this reaches the levels it supposed too.
