Sad we waited almost an hour for our food. Then it was wrong and we had to wait just as long for a remake. Because they decided to make everyone else food and pushed us to the back of the line.

Went today and ordered the balsamic green with chicken salad, and the half soup with a baguette. The salad was horrible, cucumbers were old and the chicken was frozen. Then they were out of baguettes but the server didn’t say that. When I asked she had an attitude. I asked for a refund and the Mgr was courteous and assisted me with one. I was very disappointed today, I don’t come to this location so I can’t say its this bad all the time.

BE WARE OF GATEWAY BROOKLYN PANERA BREAD DELIVERY. It's a bunch of incompetent young people who never read the delivery notes so your order is always messed up. You'll get the wrong sandwich, missing items, wrong drink ... and all after waiting 2 hours for delivery. I'm only leaving this review because it happens so frequently. And when I asked the manager why her staff always make errors she hung up on me. Upon calling back she said I yelled at her - yet I never raised my voice. She was uncomfortable that I pointed out her team make mistakes. SPEND YOUR MONEY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Better to visit an actual store where you can check your order first.

I was disappointed that there was no whole milk, nor half and half for coffee on a Sunday morning at 9:30am. If I was told this before I ordered, I would have bought a different drink.

This place is filthy. We changed our seats 3 times in an unfruitful effort to find a clean table. The floors are dirty, with ground-in food everywhere. but it’s ok. The employees have time to sit in the booths on their phones. It’s an embarassment,

I ordered a whole Greek salad without meat through uber eats. My salad arrived in half portion, with old, soggy lettuce and no safety tape on the salad bowl itself, just on the bag. It also was missing the feta cheese. I am so disappointed and annoyed. I have contacted uber already to try to get a refund.

The food was really good the place was nice and clean the staff are kind and the manager is rude also the music is too loud making me not wanna eat there I was eating there while I was in a meeting on my laptop and I could barely hear anything the laptop was saying and the person I was in a meeting with asked me if I was at a party please keep that music down
