Today after snow storm I called to place an order balsamic glaze, chicken, provolone cheese instead of goat cheese . I took bus to pick up lunch and when I got home they gave me some else order with ham . I only eat chicken I called them will give me a credit under my name . Please check your order before you leave place . There is nothing worst to be in the mood for a specific delicious panini and giving something else .

The food was excellent. I had the ham& Swiss panini and it was so good. My granddaughter who trys to not eat meat had the egg plant parm panini and really liked it. We usually have it to go but we decided to eat in and the service was quick and they were very polite and welcoming.

The food was so amazing, the people working there are truly so friendly with wonderful customer service! Next time I'm back in Brooklyn will stop in for another amazing meal! Wish I lived closer to this place, I would be eating there weekly!

I love this place and I want to move closer to it just so I can stop in more. The paninis are delicious. I prefer the #18 and my son loves the #54 Chicken Parm. My routine is stop by for a haircut with Silvio, then mosey down the block and grab some food.

Has never disappointed and it makes me hungry just thinking about it.

I live in FL & was visiting family in NY so was feeling for a sandwich 1 day! I must say, this place has AWESOME paninis... quaint place & really cozy!!! Ate here twice in a row (takeout & dine-in)!!! Next time I'm in NY, I will DEFINITELY come back!!!

I give it 1 because I can’t give it a 0. To say my experience was bad is to downplay is I received a cold stale panini with moldy tomatoes and sour basil. The sauce was salty and the owner of establishments was rude and had manners. I would like to see a health inspection to this hazardous space because I believe I saw vermin fecal matter.
