Panino Rustico of Mill Basin

I really do love the food from this place but the way they be sending out the food sometimes doesn’t make any sense. Why would you deliver the panini like this? It’s like they just put the balsamic glaze over the top of the bread before delivering. Who would allow this to be sent out?

The staff changed and the service got worse. No one was friendly and did not respond to my complaint. I bought p25 and it was very dry and tasteless.

There is a lot to like about Panino Rustico. ?

Just had a W2 (wrap #2) where I was able to swap out the turkey for grilled chicken, and add avocado. Loved it! ??

Their food has been consistently good over time. The P20, P25 and P50 are favorites that we've returned to again and again.

The only thing I didn't enjoy as much was the grilled chicken Cesar wrap, and I found the Salmon panini a bit too salty.

One note of caution though, be sure to check your bill and your order. I have had experiences where my bill was incorrect, or they forgot to bag an item I had ordered and paid for.

But the food is so good, those occasions haven't stopped me from patronizing their business. ?

never been there to eat, but i seen this place packed with people , so that tells me they selling some good shit , all stores from bakery to restaurants to fast food delis millbasin canarsie stores are clean and their food is good and fresh

Consistently great!

Had a salad and my oh my. It was packed with nutrient. Talk about a “nutrient dense” meal. My Nutrition colleagues would love this place. The salad has mixed greens, cranberry, grilled chicken, strawberries, blue/blackberries, cheese , and crunchy green apples. I enjoyed every bit. I don’t care for the selected dressing and hope to choose another in the future/ I had thousand island at home so I swapped it out.

Hi,

There is a waitress/server named Sam who I heard talking really nasty to her coworkers which made the space really uncomfortable and made me feel really bad for the other young girl. A place of work is for team work not a place to yell at other co workers while customers are there. Please really keep an eye for empathy towards your workers. That girl was really unkind and that should not be tolerated.

Had a great panini today, the p50! Good sized and with great bread, soft, yet toasted. Fresh buratta on top of arugula with olives and tomatoes and a crostini of sorts was super refreshing. A colleague and I with apps, sodas, and tip came to $63.

Vegetarian options: Many of the paninis and breakfast options.

Parking: Can typically grab a spot nearby.

The food was amazing! I had ordered a steak panini and iced Nutella late. When I tell you I felt like I was in heaven. Delicious.The Server Adriana was really sweet and attentive.Great atmosphere to bring your laptop and work (cafe vibes). No complaints at all 9/10 .
