I just ordered General Tso Chicken- I always cut my pieces in half and realized few pieces were actually chicken breast, and MOST pieces were just fried DOUGH with a tiny amount of shredded chicken mixed in. Looks like they are trying to save $$ on cost of chicken! Instead of serving actual CHICKEN, they are serving Dough! I'm a bit disturbed because I really have no idea what's on my plate, but its definitely not chicken!

The food quality here is notably better than most other Asian restaurants in the area, which is commendable. However, the customer service does not match the standard of the food. Despite maintaining a polite and friendly demeanor, the staff’s attitude was consistently unwelcoming. Improving the customer service experience would greatly enhance the overall experience. I would rate the service at 2 stars.

I've been coming to this resturant since they open. The food is decent but customer service lacking...for some. the young people normally switch off working the front counter. The young man and young lady gives service with a smile and are very polite. The eldest young lady cold and unfriendly. Everyrime I see her working I feel like walking out the door. The lady boss is somewhat friendly normally she's doing many task at once . I think when you have repeat customers for YEARS!!!! It don't hurt to smile a little give service with a smile versus looking at me like I owe you something.

We found a rubber band in our toddlers mouth in the chicken and broccoli. The food was disgusting, even if it didn't have rubber bands. The "chicken" did not seem like chicken AT ALL nor did it taste like chicken.

Late night… wanted something to eat after a holiday weekend. I will never again order anything besides wings! The bourbon chicken is nasty. If you can’t make something… TAKE IT OFF THE MENU. The lobster lo mein tastes nasty ? too. What was I thinking to order lobster from here.
