a little slow when i go in for pickups. i don’t mind the wait cause they make the perfect pies; which shames other locations i’ve visited.

I ordered two medium pizzas and was told the delivery would take about one hour. Instead, I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes, and the driver showed up with only one pizza.

The driver argued with me and insisted that I ordered “one pizza cut into two parts,” which is absolutely not true — my order clearly shows two pizzas. His behavior was unprofessional and very strange.

When I contacted customer support, the manager said the second pizza would be delivered in 25 minutes, without any apology for the mistake or the long wait.

Overall, extremely poor service. Unprofessional driver, no apologies, incorrect order and extra waiting time. I do not recommend this location.

I got food poisoning from here when I was pregnant a couple months ago I forgot to write the review but the guy that night I went in for brownies and I should of known better when I saw him handling money with the same gloves he was making food with !

I felt like I was dying that night I had food poisoning from this place and it was terrible because I was pregnant and my poor baby inside of me was distressed. I pooped myself 3x and I was throwing up and pooping at the same time it was crazy never experienced that before

Ordered online from Papa John’s and had one of the worst delivery experiences. It took over 2 hours to get my food, and to make things worse, the order was marked as “completed” about 20 minutes before it even arrived. When it finally showed up, the pizza was cold and barely edible. No update, no apology — just poor service all around. Really disappointing experience. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I understand person give out orders pick up and go back to station but how told I gotta call and get person ask me what location I’m at if specifically say I’m at location to purchase and am in store record my call hung up got same bull male ask same question finally 10 minute late get order taken in person stop the crap wanna record like scam call no answer a real phone not play with my phone number and other locals

I ordered the wrong pizza for delivery it has pepperoni which I don’t eat pork so I had called and spoke to a manager about my order, he was extremely friendly and he help and corrected my order. Also my pizza and bread stick was hot and tasty loved it . Thanks to papa John’s at Ralph avenue am very satisfied with your services

They don't deliver in Brooklyn anymore ion know what happened maybe some rachett tried to rob em or sum but if u not picking up don't bother. They don't deliver anymore

I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and they consistently deliver my pizza well after the estimated delivery time. This time they marked my delivery as completed before it arrived and aren’t picking up the phone.Will I ever get my pizza? Who knows? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
