I ordered the wrong pizza for delivery it has pepperoni which I don’t eat pork so I had called and spoke to a manager about my order, he was extremely friendly and he help and corrected my order. Also my pizza and bread stick was hot and tasty loved it . Thanks to papa John’s at Ralph avenue am very satisfied with your services

Man, rough reviews below, but I’m sticking to my honest opinion anyway. My order via the Pappa Johns app was ready by the time I was done getting dressed to go pick it up. The person who interacted with me had some minor language challenges, but other than that it was a smooth transaction. The best part was that the extra large Hawaiian pizza was perfectly made, so I had a 5 star experience. This was my first time ordering from this Pappa John’s.

Worst papa john’s i’ve ever experienced. I call them and they leave me on hold for almost 20 minutes. As soon as i call again, they answer and immediately put me on hold, it’s extremely frustrating. I ordered my pizza nearly 20 minutes ago and they still haven’t started on it. This isn’t the first time this happened. Super unprofessional. If i could give 0 stars I would. My pizza wasn’t even hot either.
