Man, rough reviews below, but I’m sticking to my honest opinion anyway. My order via the Pappa Johns app was ready by the time I was done getting dressed to go pick it up. The person who interacted with me had some minor language challenges, but other than that it was a smooth transaction. The best part was that the extra large Hawaiian pizza was perfectly made, so I had a 5 star experience. This was my first time ordering from this Pappa John’s.

Worst papa john’s i’ve ever experienced. I call them and they leave me on hold for almost 20 minutes. As soon as i call again, they answer and immediately put me on hold, it’s extremely frustrating. I ordered my pizza nearly 20 minutes ago and they still haven’t started on it. This isn’t the first time this happened. Super unprofessional. If i could give 0 stars I would. My pizza wasn’t even hot either.

Nowadays, a lot of stores no longer appreciate the walk in customers at their establishment. Pick up and deliveries has the most attention, as was the case here. There was no one to take my order. Tons of people came in to pickup, and that was it. No one to greet you and take your order. It was a disaster. I had to beg for attention. These places need to do better when customers walk in. It's not all about deliveries..
If i could give this Pap John's a zero i would. I choose this papa John's because it is black owned, however the worst thing i could have done was to purchase from here. It's Friday and wanted to treat my kids to pizza, since it's wasn't a meal to eat. My kids slept out waiting on that pizza 4 hours and i am not exaggerating. The staff was super unprofessional, I called and someone answered the phone i express concerns about my order and the time period of waiting; the person on the phone told me " please hold on i am going to call the driver" he had me on hold for 20 mins and never came back. i hang up and called them back and no one answered. I send my partner to the store and watch as i called them. the phone rang while he stand there watching the employer screen calls. I would never ever eat or order from there again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE FROM THERE. THIS BUSINESS NEED TO DO BETTER.

Placed order over the phone because this particular location has a reputation for never being on time. The person on the phone stated the order will be ready within 30 mins I gave them 1 hr. The order still wasn't ready and I was told it would take another 10 to 15 mins .... 30 mins later I had my 2 medium pies that took only 1hr and 30 mins to be made from a franchise location

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Ordered from Uber Eats and it was a stale nasty 10 inch looking like personal pan pizza I wear size 7 shoes and that the size pizza I got for $24. Put extra and get a real pizza from your local restaurant. Plus they forgot my cheese sticks which I paid for.

Ordered from seamless and they driver brought another persons order. They driver was a real piece of work Shnyell. She told me to call the store. She took a photo in the app and guess what it didn't have the order in the photo! I am pretty sure the delivery driver nibbled on all our food to, it must be part of their little "scam". I called the store and they pretended I never ordered anything like they never heard of my address or my order. I paid $94 for this meal for my fam and this this the treatment we get! The manager was super rude and aloof. Seamless was great and helped me. This place is a dump site, do not recommend!
