Very disrespectful, didn't know how to work the credit card machine and would not give me a garlic sauce without paying for it. Asked for a large pie and they did not accomadte me. I will never go back there again. And the pizza SUCKS !!!
Your website is terrible to navigate. Maybe I don't want your offers. Maybe i odn't want to put in a password. But it's impossible to place an order without giving you everything but my social security number. I'm legally blind, and it's hard enough for me to navigate online. I just hope the pizza isn't as awful as my experience in trying to actually order it.

Papa John's Pizza offers great prices and some of the best pizza in a long time. The staff, although understaffed, works hard to keep up with online orders. The young woman at the register provided excellent customer service with a smile. The only downside was the slow service due to the lack of staff, resulting in lukewarm pizza.
