Ordered a pizza, received mainly crust. Crust was way too thick. It was like i was chewing on a sofa or something along those lines. Also undercooked the pizza so the cheese was soft but it was barely melted. Makes sense why this place has bad reviews. Never knew you could mess up papa John’s pizza. Never coming back ever.

came to this Papa John’s around 1 AM to order a pizza, and the guy behind the counter told me they were “out of pizza.” Seriously? At Papa John’s? I left, but something didn’t feel right.
So I tested it — I ordered the same pizza for pickup through Uber Eats. Guess what? The order went through perfectly. My friend went inside and picked it up with no problem. When I walked back in and asked why he lied, he said pizzas are only for Uber Eats and DoorDash customers, not walk-ins. That’s complete nonsense and a lazy excuse.
This employee clearly doesn’t want to work and chooses to lie to people instead. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. If management is reading this — you need to deal with this employee immediately. He’s ruining your reputation and driving customers away.

This location always gives out free pizzas to people who just go up to them and ask them for a order. Two times these employees gave my order to random people and they have to remake it. They need to be fired.

my order was 1+1 pizzas and original pizza sauce through the uber app. i get only 1 pizza and it was cold like it was just from the fridge, it looks weird, i eat everythint and never complain but there is no comments i was so hungry and have no time to cook and ordered this. no comments, last time using this service. its crazy beautiful pepperoni pizza, isn’t?
