They don’t have sparkling water or seltzer, only soda with sugar. The delivery doesn’t go upstairs, but still charge for a delivery. I gave tips the delivery man, but I will never order again this pizza.

I feel sooooo sad that I just spent my money on this horrible food. I am not a picky eater but I haven't had something that tasted this awful in years. I ordered the alfredo and Philly papadillia and pepperoccinis (which weren't even in my order!). The alfredo was the worst. It was watery, soggy, and the flavor was so bad I couldn't even finish eating it. It ended up outside in the trashcan. The papadillia was better but still gross. I ended up spitting out the last bite I took and ate less than half of it. I was hungry and I worked late so I was looking forward to my meal. I grew up eating PaPa Johns but my dear this food was so awful, soggy, leaky, gross, and a true disappointment. If anyone wants to loose weight, make this their only option to eat and they will be skinny in no time. It honestly was nasty and I am sad I spent money on this for real.

For the 2nd time this place has completely messed up my order. Absolutely not worth it from this location. If you call and press #5 to speak with a manager, they leave you on hold for a while before they hang up on you. But, if you press #3 to place an order, they answer quickly. Manager wouldn't even give me his name. Instead he asked me why I need his name. Uhh, sir.... that's how you start a conversation. Hi my name is.... Absolute trash customer service!! ?
