The young woman at the register was so kind and patient. It’s so rare to get great customer service with a smile. I wish I got her name because her employer needs to know her value. The pizza was also the best I’ve had from papa John’s in a long time.
It's papa john's pizza. Expect it, get it.Saturday evening Update: management had them seriously understaffed. I was astounded at how fast those two guys were working, but there should have been at minimum 4 people in production on such a busy evening. Waited in store for my pizza, finally got it when they had a chance to look through what they made, it was not hot.
Ordered a carry-out, mushroom and olives (extra toppings 2X) medium hand-tossed pizza. It tasted stupendous! If I were to grade the pizza by the looks alone, I’d give it 9/10. Fresh, not overproofed dough, 2X ingredients just like I ordered, right amount of sauce and cheese. (Minor imperfection: the ingredients shifted slightly towards the center; probably the dough was stretched unevenly.) In my previous lifetime, I worked as a store manager at a pizzeria and can tell the difference...
