Many times we ordered Papa Johns pizza with friends and family, but today I ordered 2 Large pizzas and did not immediately check the contents, it turned out that instead they brought 2 medium pizzas. The call didn't help at all, I'm very disappointed, no trust in the company. Now both we and our friends will only order in another place.

Horrible service , they couldn’t even bring the food upstairs when i told them i have a child tht is 2 years and i live on the 18th floor so im unable to come down , they did not care and still wanted to come downstairs , how u want me to leave. My 2 year old child alone in the house.

Good Pizza, Despite a Mix-Up
Pretty solid pizza for the price — definitely a good option when you're craving something quick and satisfying. We were disappointed that the order was mixed up and we received a completely different pizza instead of the pepperoni we were expecting. At least the price was about the same.
That said, the pizza we got was still tasty, and the brownie was actually pretty decent too. Mistakes happen, and the food quality made up for it. Just double-check your order if you’re getting delivery.
Food does not match advertised pictures when you order it never looks like the pizza on the flyers when I get pepperoni pizza it literally be 1-2 slice of pepperoni per slice not worth it they gotta do better & stop being cheap with the toppings , when I go by my moms in eny the pizza actually matches the flyer it be 4+ pepperoni per slice 😅

To be brutally honest, this store location has a lot be desired. There’s a minimum of 2-3 people in that store and needs to hire more people for it to run efficiently. Nobody should be handling multiple tasks such as prepping the food, cooking the food, serving it to the customers or delivering it. There should be one that could handle one or two tasks and that’s it.
